BEECH Boutique Apartment set in the garden of Magnolia Cottage is a 1st floor Apartment with a wide staircase on to the balcony entrance, where you can sit out and enjoy a drink etc.

Bedroom: 1 Twin / Double, with luxury mattress toppers & TV.

Bedroom: 1 Single, with luxury mattress toppers.

Tiled bathroom including Bath with over head shower

Limed Oak Fitted Kitchen: including Electric Cooker/Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher and Fridge.

Lounge/ Diner Including TV, DVD, Video, Radio etc. Electric Coal Effect Fire.

All Linen & Towels provided

Full Central Heating and Double Glazing.

OWNERS LIVE ON SITE, ACCESS IS WITH A KEY SAFE BUT WE ARE OFTEN AROUND AND WILL COME AND GREET YOU WHEN POSSIBLE OR CHECK ON YOU LATER TO SEE YOU ARE SETTLED.WE ARE VERY CLOSE TO VILLAGE NO NEED TO TAKE THE CAR TO SHOPS RESTAURANTS AND HAVE SOME LOVELY WALKS FROM YOUR DOOR.PLENTY OF INFORMATION IN THE APARTMENT.

We had a excellent stay at Magnolia Cottage. Bourton on the Water is a wonderful place to stay. A stroll through the Village is wonderful.And in 2019 we stay here again..

How do damage deposits work?
