Character 18th century cottage in sunny position with sea views in quiet, yet central village location in a recognised area of outstanding natural Beauty.

2 bedrooms. Sleeps 3. Unlimited fast Wifi. 1 minute walk to the South West Coast Path. 3 minutes walk to village beaches, shop, deli and pubs. . On a quiet small road leading to the South West Coast path, Cosy Cottage is in the heart of the village, minutes on foot to all amenities and beaches.

Very well equipped.

Quiet and comfortable.

The cottage is on 3 levels so must be able to climb fairly steep stairs.

Sleeping:

The Master bedroom is to the rear of the property, on the top floor with Adjacent bathroom and W.C. It is quiet and dark. Super king size bed and mattress (installed 2017). Egyptian cotton bedding included. Chest of drawers. Double wardrobe. Chair. Mirrors. The single bedroom is on the ground floor to the front of the cottage. Very comfy Single bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. Charming writing desk and chair. Small drawer set and hanging area for clothes. Window seat with village and patio view. Wall mounted on/off heater. Adjacent W.C. and sink.

The open plan Living room / Dining room is a pleasure to spend time. Attractively furnished with a comfy choice of Sofa and chairs. T.V. DVD. Books. Games. in Extendable wooden dining table and chairs. Lookout seat with village and hill views. Origninal art works. Storage heater. On the first floor.

The Kitchen is on the ground floor (dining room one level up, must climb stairs with food and drink) with original wooden beams and stable door opening onto the south facing patio. Fully modernised and well equipped. Fridge with small freezer section. Microwave. Kettle. Toaster. Washing machine. Storage heater.

Hall area with shoe rack and space to hang coats.

The Bathroom is on the top floor. Refubished in 2016. Bath. Shower. Sink. W.C. Towel heater. Shaving mirror.

There is a second W.C and sink on the ground floor.

Front patio. South facing. Sea, village, countryside views. Marble table, iron chairs with cushions. Slate bench. Pot plants. Iron railings and gate.

50 metres to the coastal path and village amenities. Very central yet quiet location.

The stairs are quite steep.

Not suitable for young children.

Strictly non smoking.

No parties or loud noise in respect of our neighbours

Getting around

Having a car is a bonus to explore the area. But not needed. There are excellent shops in the village and Millbrooke one mile away has 2 mini supermarkets, a chemist, newsagents and garage. There is a good bus service running along the coast or into Plymouth, In the summer months there is a foot passenger ferry from Plymouth's historic Barbican steps to Cawsand Beach which is a great trip or way to arrive.
