Little Fernleigh is a new build annexe.There is a lounge/kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine,microwave.
To the rear is a walk in shower room.
There is a staircase leading to the mezzanine bed area with glass surround.
Outside is a decked private area.
It only a two minute flat walk to the beach and village
Linen, towels and basics are all included.

“Great place”
Great place to stay central for most of Cornwall and 5 mins walk to Perranporth Beach and amenities. The extra touches of essentials and welcome biscuits added that extra touch. Very clean and felt very COVID safe will definitely visit again.

“Perfect”
Fantastic. Just perfect. Excellent location just a few minutes from the beach and all amenities. Spotlessly clean, fantastic shower/wet room, all mod cons in the kitchen. The chocolate brownies were unexpected but delicious. We will certainly be booking again.

“Excellent cottage with prime location”
What a little gem...stunning property with everything you need in a property. The cottage is within walking distanceto the town, pubs and restaurants and the beach.
