The Shoresound, a RoyalHolidaysRe property.

The house consists in a detached cottage in a small private complex consisting of three houses, distant forty meters apart, with private beach access. Renovated with the latest standards in 2016/17 but built with the ancient knowledge of the Sicilian fishing villages, it is located a few meters from the shore, with sea view around and directly borders the beach.

Nestled between the Bay of Marza and a small village, Granelli - site a few kilometers from Marzamemi and Pachino, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea - and the natural oasis, a large natural bay surrounded east from Punta Ulysses, so named perhaps in reference to the fact that the homeric hero has landed here during his wanderings through the Mediterranean Sea, and Pantani Longarini and Cuba, an environmental heritage that biodiversity in one of the factors of greatest interest, birdwatching possible in the area.

Located in a cool, quiet and natural beauty area, in a few kilometers you will find any need, from the supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacy in Pachino (5 km) to the crowded nightlife, the restaurants, the magic of Marzamemi fishers village (10 km).

"The Shoresound is a small cottage of typical Sicilian tracts, close to the dunes of Granelli, in the extreme south of Sicily, the location is certainly unique and in a context that even in the most extreme weeks of August, it returns a calm and dilated time . The house itself is immediately presented as a small concentration of comfort and discreet luxury that can satisfy the most demanding urban guests. Simple, minimal and functional, it certainly has a strong point in the many amenities that allow vital vital requirements, to be fully satisfied both inside and outside the home, both day and night; surrounded by a multitude of outdoor spaces, the house extended its vital areas to the extreme limit of sandy dunes and the sea, thus allowing you to enjoy the holiday in the open air and in the sun. Our desire to spend a week at the seaside in a exclusive, warm, airy and singular beauty place, was fully satisfied, and expanded by the strong contrasts of the landscape, the warm welcome of people, long-grain breakfasts, figs, fresh bread and ricotta.
