This modern house is situated in Porthtowan and can sleep six people in four bedrooms.Ocean Heights is situated in the seaside village of Porthtowan on the north Cornish coast. The property provides accommodation for up to 6 people in three bedrooms. There is a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom. There is an open plan living room on the ground floor with a kitchen and dining area plus a cloakroom. The rear enclosed garden has a private outlook and picnic bench for alfresco meals. Perranporth Beach and the coast path are within a short walk. Ocean Heights an ideal venue for families and couples at anytime of year.
Amenities: Electric underfloor heating on ground floor and central heating on the first floor. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, Wifi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with picnic bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Max 5 adults and 1 child. Note; Twin beds a little lower than average.

Town: Porthtowan is a small village resting on west Cornwalls beautiful coastline, renowned for its Blue Flag beach, which at low tide exposes almost a mile and a half of fine, golden sands. Fringed by impressive granite cliffs, the beach is a popular surfing venue and is lifeguarded during the summer, making it ideal for families. Porthtowan is part of the St Agnes designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are some wonderful walks to be found, offering vivid scenery along the South West Coast Path, whether you choose to head east to St Agnes or west to Portreath. The towns of St Ives and Penzance, with their art galleries, restaurants and quaint harbours, are half an hours drive away, whilst Flambards Theme Park, The Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, and the Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station are just a few of the other diverse attractions scattered around this picturesque region. A great base for a varied family break.
