This lovely ground floor apartment in the fishing village of Polruan near Polperro sleeps three people in two bedrooms.Glanmor is a delightful ground floor apartment set in the fishing village of Polruan, 6.5 miles from Polperro. This apartment sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double and a single, together with a wet room. The apartment also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric woodburner-effect stove. Outside there's an enclosed patio with furniture and parking is available nearby. Glanmor is a lovely base for exploring this part of Cornwall, whatever time of year you wish to visit.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric woodburner-effect stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed patio with furniture. Nearest parking located at top of the village in public car park, approx 15 mins walk away. Parking charges are £25 per week. Load/unload outside apartment only. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via 6 steps. Note: Max 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

Town: Polruan is a small fishing village situated on a steep hill on the Fowey estuary, made famous by the author Daphne du Maurier. It remains unspoilt and retains the atmosphere of an old boat building community and has a small beach.
