This luxury property is located within the town of Dufton near Appleby-in-Westmoreland in Cumbria and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Carwood is a modern property located within the village of Dufton, near Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria. Boasting three bedrooms, one king-size with en-suite, one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom and ground floor shower room and WC, this accommodation can sleep up to six people. Inside, you will also find an open plan kitchen and dining area, along with two sitting rooms one hosting a wood burning stove. A utility and cloakroom also complete the layout. To the outside lies a well-presented patio and garden area with delightful furniture. Situated in an excellent location, Carwood is a lovely property in a fabulous part of England.
Amenities: Oil central heating, partial underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. SMART TV, DVD Player and hard disk recorder in sitting room, 2nd TV & micro sound system in kitchen. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire and stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car and ample roadside parking. Garden to rear with patio and furniture. High chair & travel cot available on request. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1mins walk. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when outside. Please note: Property only accepts Friday bookings.
