Low Tide is a modern apartment close to the centre of Looe with the added bonus of a parking space. This first floor property has an attractive open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with stylish pale blue gloss kitchen, fully fitted with electric oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, SMEG fridge freezer, nespresso magimix coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave. The living area is a homely and welcoming space with leather sofas in the lounge area and a 43" LG Smart TV for the quiet evenings.
The master bedroom is attractively furnished with king size bed and a second bedroom has bunks which consist of a double bed at the bottom and single over the top. Throughout the property is well presented in a modern style and both bedrooms have clothes storage. The family bathroom is a good size with bath and mixer shower over, wc and wash hand basin.
Low tide, is situated in the woodland a short walk from the rivers edge, a childrens play park and the centre of Looe with its bustling river, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The property offers free Wifi. The main beach is a 10-15 minute walk. One well behaved pet is welcomed (cost £25 p.w.). The property has gas central heating throughout so guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
