66 Trevithick Court is a holiday bungalow which is dog friendly and located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor. A super location, with family friendly facilities such as pool, playground, laundry, restaurant and bar on site, and just over a mile from Hayle, with its stunning beaches, fabulous food and abundance of local and independent shops.

With two bedrooms (one double and bunk bed room), open plan living/dining/kitchen space, plus newly fitted shower room, the bungalow offers level access from the front and rear of the property. Parking is at the back of No. 66, with access through the rear door.

This great setting is well placed a to explore West Cornwall, both St. Ives and Penzance are a short drive away, with the rugged scenery of West Cornwall beyond easily accessible from Tolroy Manor. 66 Trevithick Court is perfect for those who enjoy the convenience of on site facilities as well as the proximity to beaches and local attractions.

Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: An open plan area with a TV, comfy sofa, French doors opening on to the patio, plus a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Bedroom 1: With a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and lamp, plus views across grassed area.

Bedroom 2: This good sized room has bunk beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room has space, should you wish to bring a travel cot. There is also a door to the parking area

Shower Room: Offering a newly fitted large shower, wash basin with vanity unit and WC.

Outside: Seating area with a picnic table and chairs. The chalet is close to a charming wildlife area.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

Location

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Further afield

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around one mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
