Apt F Wellness Galilei 14 sleeps. Located in the city center, all services walking distance, less than 2 km from golden sand beach, wide terrace, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi internet, Jacuzzi, sauna, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms

The house has 3 apartments, 2 main entrances, 2 different streets.

The surface is 220 sqm + 30 sqm of terrace. The house is in a seaside place: Avola, 7 km from the baroque city of Noto. The house is equipped with 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 1 dishwasher, 2 washing machines, 1 washer-dryer, 1 tumble dryer, 1 microwave oven, 3 TVs (satellite + digital), 1 cot, 1 children's chair, free Wi-Fi internet, summer and winter air conditioning. Comfortable beds with latex mattresses and memory foam. Independent access, free parking on the street, discounted rates for long stays. Possibility to reserve chairs and umbrella in the nearest beach establishment.

The house has a large private terrace on the first floor.

On the terrace there is a double indoor / outdoor kitchen for the winter / summer period. A very large door / window joins or divides the kitchen with the terrace. On the terrace there are: barbecue, chairs and outdoor furniture, planters, deck chairs. 2 other kitchens are on the ground floor, One of the 3 bathrooms, overlooking the terrace, has a Jacuzzi with sauna. The other 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. Access to the house is totally autonomous.

An apartment for all seasons, in the name of sea, culture, nature, food, wines.

You can reach on foot in maximum 5 minutes: bar, for an excellent breakfast with almond and brioche granita, fish restaurants, the main square, the shops, the Wednesday organic market, the Saturday market. If you want, with a long walk of 1700 meters you can reach the nearest beach. In winter and in the intermediate seasons the favorable climate invites you to visit the cities of south-eastern Sicily. You can enjoy the sea sometimes until December.

The apartment is well connected with roads and transport: 10 minutes from the motorway exit (free motorway) and 200 meters from the bus stop leading to the places to visit and Catania Fontanarossa airport.

The apartment is an excellent starting point for day trips. Between 5 and 90 minutes by car you can easily admire: the seaside village of Avola, the baroque of Noto, Palazzolo, Modica and Ragusa, the seaside village of Marzamemi, the Greek monuments of Syracuse, Etna volcano, Catania, Taormina.

In all seasons you can visit a 20-minute drive: the "Natural Reserve of Vendicari" and the canyon of the "Natural Reserve of Cavagrande del Cassibile".

A visit to the wineries in the area is a must, all between 10 and 30 minutes by car: "Palmeri", "Zisola", "Marilina", "Planeta", "Feudo Ramaddini". Special tastings during the "Calici di stelle" events in August or "Cantine Aperte" in May.

Throughout the year I suggest you a trip on the "Historic trains of taste in Sicily" with tasting of fine typical products and guided tours

The apartment is the ideal starting point for some notable cultural events: Carnival of Avola; at 7 km “Infiorata di Noto”, every year on the third Sunday of May; at 23 km classical theatrical performances (Greek tragedy, from May to July each year) at the Greek Theaters of Syracuse and Palazzolo Acreide; International Festival of Frontier Cinema in Marzamemi (September).

Avola is easy to reach by plane, car, bus or train:

Airplane: Catania International Airport "Fontanarossa" at 80 km; Comiso Airport, 80 km

Bus: company INTERBUS and A.S.T.

Train: Avola is connected via the Ferrovie dello Stato (Trenitalia) to Syracuse.

Car: via the motorways A18 ME-CT-SR and A19 PA-CT-SR, exit Avola.

For those coming by car or plane + car from Catania airport: - follow the directions for Siracusa - follow the signs for Avola - Take the Avola motorway exit - From Catania they are about 80 km south along the coast, all free highway .
