VISTA OCEANA, is the largest luxury vacation rental villa, nearest to the Manuel Antonio National Park and beach. Vista Oceana is strategically located where the jungle meets the sea, 400 meters away from the beach and high enough for a breath taking 180° ocean view. Ideal for large groups, weddings, yoga retreats or multi-families simply enjoying this lush tropical Pacific destination! Vista Oceana is located less than one block from the main road in Manuel Antonio. This elegant estate offers lush tropical jungle vegetation that draws most wildlife daily. 6 suites have unobstructed ocean views and 1 suite, jungle views. The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests.

COVID PROCEDURES: We have been currently following the WHO and Costa Rican Ministry of Health guidelines.

• Hand sanitizer is always available by the front door entrance’s.

NATURE SURROUNDS YOU Most of our guests consider Vista Oceana as a Wildlife Sanctuary. Due to our close distance from The Manuel Antonio National Park and the lush tropical jungle vegetation that surrounds the Villa, we are frequently visited by all 3 species of monkey's, Capuchin, Mono Titi, and Howler, occasional sloths, agoutis, flocks of toucans, McCaw’s, pelicans, parrots and many spectacular lizards and iguanas may be seen about the villa.
Hundreds of species of birds have been spotted from balconies in this area and if you are very fortunate you may even spot a mother whale and her calf only a few hundred yards off of the beach. We are constantly adding new tropical flowers to our butterfly garden and the Villa in General.
WALK TO THE BEACH Vista Oceana is the closest luxury home to the MA National Park and main beach known as Playa Espadilla. The villa is conveniently located on a paved street just 80 yards from the Manuel Antonio road, from there the beach is just a 10-minute walk down the main Manuel Antonio road. You can wave down a taxi or catch the bus, or walk to any number of fine restaurants.
THE PROPERTY. The owner designed the villa as 3 structures all interconnected behind privacy walls and courtyard enclosures. To further ensure that each guest had their privacy he designed all 7 bedrooms with their own bathroom.
As you enter into the enclosed courtyard you will find the Fountain en suite on your right. This is a very spacious 400 sq/ft suite with a king size bed and a queen pullout sofa and kitchenette counter. While this suite does not afford an ocean view it does offer a very relaxing jungle view.
From the courtyard, you will also enter into the Main Villa, the main floor offers one King size en suite, along with the main living area, main kitchen and dining area, and pool side retreat. You will find the Master king en suite, and 2 queen en suites on the 2nd floor, as well as a queen Murphy bed. All suites have private balconies and incredible ocean views.
Moving up to our 3rd level you will find the awe-inspiring covered terrace with casual seating, two hammocks, and possibly the best views of Manuel Antonio bay. Large enough for your wedding and yoga retreat, while listening to the ocean waves, watching the beach goers below!
Leaving the great room, you step out to our pool area, we have a large covered patio, sun deck, double sided infinity edge pool with swim up bar, and a toddler area 12" deep and 6 feet square, that seems to melt into the pacific. We also have the sunken bar and bar-b-q pit, refrigerator and sink, both of which are under a thatched palm roof.
As you leave the pool area under the thatched overhead you enter the upper floor of our 2 story guest house, this floor contains the kitchenette, full bath, and queen bedroom with private balcony with ocean views. The lower suite has a full bath, queen bed
