Description

Just yards from the beach and in the heart of Looe town, Cormorants is a beautiful apartment with a high finish throughout. This first floor apartment is packed full of character and the space has been well utilised to offer a comfortable, modern and welcoming space that is sure to delight guests.

The main living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The kitchen is small but well thought out and includes: electric oven and gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer box. There is a dining table and four chairs and the lounge is comfortably furnished and has a Smart TV. All furnishings are brand new for this season as is the flooring throughout. A real bonus of this property is the second lounge/snug which affords flexibility for family groups. Again beautifully furnished this room also has a Smart TV

Accessed from the first lounge are the two bedrooms, a comfortable double bedroom with ample storage and lovely bright twin room again with plenty of clothes storage. A family shower room with mixer shower, wc and wash hand basin completes the accommodation. Cormorants has a reserved parking space in the Millpool car park which is a 5-10 minute walk.

The owners of Cormorants have taken great care to finish the property in a modern style whilst retaining its original character and it will appeal to many as a holiday home. The delights of Looe including the beach, river, fishing harbour, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are all on the doorstep. With gas central heating throughout guests are sure of a comfortable stay all year round.

Please note this is a first floor apartment so there may be some transference of noise from the apartment above.

“Excellent accommodation in central location”

This well thought out first floor flat is centrally located for the shops, restaurants and beach and has everything one needs for a holiday. It was very comfortable and well maintained.

“Brilliant”

Fantastic location with beach, harbour and shops all less than 2 mins level walk away. Fabulous weather meant we were out most of the time, but it was a lovely apartment to come back to. The second living room was great for us as it meant a space for the baby - so we didn't all get disturbed nights! The only thing that would have been useful was a washer/drier for the wet beach stuff after a swim. Apart from that, it was an excellent place to spend the week.
