A beautifully renovated cosy 2 bedroom garden property next to the beach in Polzeath with lovely sunny garden and fold back doors onto the patio. Robin is an oasis of calm in the heart of Polzeath Village. so close to shops, cafes, and restaurants and most importantly the beach. This property has been fully renovated in an extremely attractive coastal style. The living area is not large but is well laid out, ideal for 1 - 2 singles or couples, or a couple with 1 -2 children. There is wifi, & patio furniture is supplied, and there is a dedicated parking bay. 1 small well behaved, non moulting dog is welcomed by prior arrangement only @ £50 per dog per week (or part thereof) at the discretion of the owner, please state breed and age.
Now in new hands, the previous owners wrote;
We visited Polzeath 8 years ago for a family camping holiday with our two children and we had the most fun we have ever had on a family holiday – we discovered body boarding and realised what a fantastic beach there is at Polzeath.
We first saw Robin almost three years ago on a sunny day in June – we walked to Pentire Point and looked back at the beach and coastline and hoped that one day we could own a holiday home in such a beautiful place.
We have now owned the property since November 2016 and we have enjoyed many long weekends, particularly out of season. We love walking the coast path in both directions and a perfect day for us is to walk to Rock and take the Ferry to Padstow for coffee or lunch before returning. As a family we have also enjoyed many sunny summer weekends.
Robin is compact but we love the fact that it is bright and sunny and we hope that our guests will enjoy the large sundeck which is a great place to BBQ or relax and sunbathe if you want to escape the crowds on the beach for a while during the summer months – you can be back in the sea within minutes whenever you want to.
We hope our guests enjoy Robin’s amazing location. It is lovely being situated in the heart of Polzeath and having the buzz of people around you enjoying themselves – but then you feel as if you have the place to yourselves as everyone heads home at the end of the day. You can easily be the first one on the beach in the morning as the sun comes up!
The shed in the garden is available as a useful space for our guests to use as a drying and storage room and there is now an outside hot and cold shower in the garden to rinse off after the beach and a foot wash area at the front of the house.
