Description

The villa is located at a short distance from the town, surrounded by more than two hectares of land cultivated with vines, almond trees, peaches, plums, pomegranates, cherries and apricots. All these beautiful plants and fruits are available for our guests.

Here, at four hundred meters above the sea level, you will enjoy fresh evenings, even in full hot summers, after having spent the day in the beautiful sea of San Leone, to the beach of Giallonardo or on the white cliffs of Scala Dei Turchi!

You'll be just a few kilometres from tourist areas but away from the chaos and the confusion of the crowd.

Ground floor: 1 large and comfortable lounge area with fireplace and two sofas, 1 utility room/studio with double sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and bidet, 1 large kitchen equipped with everything you need.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower and bidet, 2 large double bedrooms with balcony, 1 comfortable double bedroom ideal for children, 1 large bathroom with bathtub and bidet.

The exterior is furnished with tables, chairs and sun beds. Here you can dine al fresco, refresh or relax in the shade of the large pine trees.

You will be helped by Miss Concetta! She will welcome you and she will be happy to prepare you some of the best dishes of the Sicilian cooking tradition.

Final Cleanings extra fee: 100 euros

A deposit of 300 euros requested in cash at the arrival and refunded the day of departure
