Description

A very attractively decorated and well maintained luxury static mobile home located in Porthilly Farm, Rock. Porthilly Farm mobile home park is a family park, so this property is suitable for families and couples only, no singles or single gender only groups. There are sea glimpses from the home and a very easy and pleasant walk to Rock and beyond. The owner will allow up to 2 well behaved dogs by arrangement only, there is a STG 30 fee per dog per week.

Linen and towels are no longer supplied,  please bring your own, the beds are 2 small singles and 1 small double.

“Very comfortable”

Very clean and comfortable slightly older caravan. Slept very well. Site very quiet which we appreciated. No complaints about the accommodation itself apart from the wooden steps to the caravan could do with replacing as they are starting to rot/fall apart. Lovely cove 5 minutes from site which was lovely to walk the dog to every morning and sit and take in the views. Unfortunately as for Rock itself apart from the beautiful beaches we did end up travelling out of the area for food due to the constant queuing for basics/having to book well in advance to eat anywhere/ not taking cash for payment/lack of takeaways but that shouldn't be detrimental to the accommation as we would definitely consider staying there again.

The whole family had a fabulous week. the caravan was well equipped and had everything we needed for a week near to Rock. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.
