Believed to have once been a net loft, Mariner’s Belle is a charming ground floor apartment situated in the heart of popular Downalong, St Ives. Ideal for families with a large open plan living area and three bedrooms, Mariner’s Belle has off-site parking for one car and is situated perfectly for the beaches of Porthmeor and Porthgwidden, The Tate and Harbour.

Enter into the stylish open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The spacious wooden banquet style dining table comfortable seats six guests, ideal for entertaining.

Relax after a long day at the beach on the sumptuous teal corner sofa. The living space is also fitted with flat screen LCD TV and DVD player.

The master bedroom is fitted with a beautiful dusky pink velvet double bed and ample storage. There is also a door leading out onto St Eia Street. The second bedroom is also fitted with a double bed and ample storage. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is perfect for children.

The stunning recently refurbished bathroom with gold feature walls offers a walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

Getting around

There are many attractions in St Ives that can be reached on foot. These include: The Tate The Barbara Hepworth Museum The South West Coast Path. All the beaches are within easy reach. A car will allow you to explore West Cornwall and the following are all within a few miles: Land's End The Minnack Theatre The St Just Mining World Heritage Site St Michael's Mount There are numerous gardens in the locality including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Local bus services can be used to visit many of the attractions.

Interaction with guest

We will send you details of directions a couple of weeks before your visit. Your keys are held in a key safe and the code will be included in your direction pack. Unfortunately we cannot include the code here as it changes regularly. The Parking for the property is located further out of town at St Ives Secure Parking. One taxi transfer on arrival and one on departure is included in the rental price. We are based in St Ives and are available at any time if you have a problem.
