Description

Sea Ayr is a beautifully presented four bedroom town house situated in St Ives providing spacious, luxurious accommodation with sea glimpses. The property provides a contemporary and flexible space perfect for family group holidays.

The open plan lounge/diner is a light comfortable room with oak flooring, original features and modern seating. It has a large Smart TV, DVD, wifi and a small selection of DVDs. The large eight place dining table is perfect for the family get together.

The kitchen is well equipped with Neff gas hob and electric double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It also has a breakfast table.

Visitors to the beach will particularly like the downstairs shower room with underfloor heating.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with fabulous bay window and high ceilings, there is a king size bed and ample storage.

The two twin bedrooms are also located on this floor, with a travel cot supplied for guests use.

There is a great family bathroom with bath and separate shower with under floor heating, plus a further separate WC.

The converted attic provides a further double room with dorma windows to the front and rear offering distant sea views.

A small enclosed outside area is available with seating which is ideal for quiet relaxation on a summer evening. This patio area leads to the private car parking spaces.

Access Statement –Sea Ayr is accessed via a series of steps to the back door from the parking space consisting of six steps in total. Sea Ayr can also be accessed via the front door where there is one step followed by a stone path and then a further step to the front door. Please note, this holiday home is located over three floors and guests’ will be required to climb stairs.

Getting around

There are many attractions in St Ives that can be reached on foot. These include: The Tate The Barbara Hepworth Museum The South West Coast Path. All the beaches are within easy reach. A car will allow you to explore West Cornwall and the following are all within a few miles: Land's End The Minnack Theatre The St Just Mining World Heritage Site St Michael's Mount There are numerous gardens in the locality including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project. Local bus services can be used to visit many of the attractions.

“Wonderful stay”

We had such a lovely weekend staying in Sea Ayr. The house was immaculate..so spacious..plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children! We couldn't get over how well equipped it was. Credit to the owners.. they have thought of everything ! The property really was a perfect location..just a 5 minute leisurely stroll to the wonderful beaches and harbour. We will most certainly be back soon.

“A great place to stay for family holiday”

We stayed at Sea Ayr for one week at the end of September together with extended family - five adults and two young children. The house is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and well laid out. The welcome pack sets it apart from any other holiday rental I have made in the past 25 years - a very nice touch and put us straight in the Cornish holiday mood. Parking was adequate for two cars and the house was easy to find from instructions given. Location was good given next to a small park with kids adventure playground. Would thoroughly recommend this house and will rent again next time we holiday in Cornwall.
