A semi-detached two-storey holiday cottage in Cornwall created by local craftsmen from an original stone built barn. The lounge area has Flat Screen TV with Free SAT & DVD player, free Wi-Fi available. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Open plan living extends to the lounge area with dining table for 4, patio doors open onto a south facing patio and small lawn. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe storage, the second bedroom is set as a twin with 2'6" singles best suited for children/teenagers. The bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin and a bath with an overhead shower. The accommodation benefits from one level parking space.

Staying here also offers you the unique opportunity to have included allocated membership to the exclusive China Fleet Golf and Country club (Max combination of 2 adult passes and 2 child passes for the duration of your stay). The club is just a short drive away approximately 8 to 10 minutes by car. Offered and included in the price is the use of their leisure facilities including heated indoor pool with fun slide, Aqua Spa retreat with its sauna, various steam rooms and whirlpool. For the more energetic there is an up to date gym with a large selection of cardiovascular machines and free weights.

How do damage deposits work?
