Response from the manager Good Afternoon Ralph11309, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Ees Wyke Studio and I am very sorry to hear your experience was not as you had hoped. I can see we have spoken with you direct in depth regarding the issues you have now raised and we have confirmed to you that we have also discussed this with the owner. We visit all of our properties before they are brought on with Sykes Cottages and as advised, this property has a completed health and safety risk assessment which confirms there are no issues with the kitchenette. The owner has taken all of your comments on board and addressed any areas that he felt needed to be addressed. As you did not raise any of your concerns until after your holiday had ended, meaning that us and the owner were unable to attempt to assist you during your stay, we feel a 50% refund was a fair offer which I can see you have accepted. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know your thoughts; it is always helpful for us to improve our service. Kind regards, Becki at Sykes Cottages
