L'appartamento è un attico completamente arredato, è ubicato all'ottavo piano di un palazzo con ascensore in via F.lli Argento, Sciacca. Dispone di un ampio parcheggio sottostante, gratuito. L' ambiente, tranquillo e luminoso, munito di climatizzatori, è composto da 1 soggiorno con divano e tv, 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 1 angolo cottura completo di pentolame, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici, una zona pranzo ed un terrazzo che gode di un meraviglioso panorama che comprende: parte del centro storico, il porto, il molo turistico e il litorale balneare.

L'appartamento è in una posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi, in 10 minuti, il centro storico e poter visitare: le numerose chiese, le antiche porte della cittadina, il castello Luna, lo stabilimento termale e le tante botteghe dove si esegue l'arte della ceramica. Si possono raggiungere facilmente le splendide spiagge sabbiose, la più vicina dista circa 1 km.

L' attico è a pochi passi dalla posta, supermercati, pescherie, pizzerie, bar e ristoranti dove si possono gustare i piatti tipici della gastronomia saccense e il prelibato pesce pescato giornalmente nel nostro mare.

“Apartamento vicino al mare”

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön. Leider ist die Möblierung total veraltet, insbesondere die Betten sind leider alt und unbequem. Die Küche kann gut für Frühstück gebraucht werden, nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Dafür ist die Lage optimal, die wunderschöne grosse Terrasse ist unbezahlbar. Parkplatz gratis vor dem Haus. Etwas unangenehm sind die kleinen bellenden Hunde im Haus, diese werden wohl oft alleine gelassen. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.
