Description

Rose Cottage is a traditional granite fisherman's cottage in the very heart of Sennen Cove. The house has amazing, uninterrupted views across the bay to Cape Cornwall. And at night you can hear the sea as the tide comes in an out.

The cottage has been extended over the years and refurbished to a high standard combining beautiful old Cornish features in a contemporary beach house style. Rose Cottage is a real home from home, so the kitchen has every utensil you will ever need and prices include all laundry, gas and electricity. There's central heating and large woodburner to snuggle up in front of the fire during the winter. Outside, there's parking for 3 cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage). The house sits in a large plot with an adventurous garden, full size table tennis table and unlimited surfing or body boarding less than a minute away.

It's our holiday home and we love to cook so it's a home from home with Dualit toaster, cafetieres, sharp knives & lashings of Cath Kidston stuff too.

Sitting room 1 - large panoramic windows looking out to Cape Cornwall and the bay with flatscreen TV & DVD player, iPod / iPhone docking station.

Sitting room 2 - cosy sitting room with large woodburner, flatscreen TV & DVD player.

Dining room - wood panelled with extendable refectory table to sit 10 comfortably

Conservatory - stunning sea views and a great place to watch the world go by

The house sits in a large plot with the front garden laid to lawn. There's terrace with seating to the front.

To the rear of the property there's a raised terrace with amazing 180 degree views across the bay. There's a BBQ and an outside table to seat 10 people.
