There is also a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a Juliet balcony where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with furniture. With Gwenver beach right below you, Brook House is in a fantastic location for a memorable holiday at any time of year.

“Lovely seaside holiday house with amazing views”
Brook House was very comfortable - and the view from the Lounge was just breath taking. I could have looked at it all day! The kitchen was fine, the lounge was very comfortable with lovely lamps/lighting, the bathrooms were adequate. We were able to park right outside our house which was perfect. There were hanging facilities for wetsuits and towels and the washing machine was useful. If I had one criticism it would be the double bed. It was very uncomfortable and I think it should be changed.
