Description

This is a cosy away from home, friendly family Cottage on a working farm. Ideal for a small family of up to 4 persons or a couple. We greet you with a Cornish Cream Tea, ready for you to begin your relaxing holiday.

The cottage is well equipped with all facilities you require while on holiday, comfortably accommodating up to 4 persons. (Not suitable for under 4 years)

The Bedrooms on the first floor has a double room and the second room has adult size bunk beds. Linen and duvets provided please bring your own towels. (In the kitchen 2 tea towels and oven glove are provided ) also w/up liquid, dish washer tablets.

The Shower Room has shower, basin and toilet, with bath mat and hand towel for your arrival.

The Kitchen/Diner contains, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, together with all utensils for 4 persons.

The Lounge Has seating for 4 persons a colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD stereo system & WiFi. Heating is by night storage radiators with electric coal effect fireplace.

A small Garden to the front and side of the cottage with garden furniture and washing line. There are steps in the garden.

Heating is by electricity and the cost of this is included in the tariff.

We recommend you drive as the Cottage is in a rural area St Just being the nearest town

Parking private off road parking to the side of the cottage is provided.

Getting around

A short drive into St Just (2 miles with free car park) allows you to take the Open Top Bus to a number of stops. The fare allows you to hop on and off at any point to visit Lands End, Sennen Cove or any route up to Penzance and St Ives. The Train Station in Penzance could take you to St Erth Station where you can find the small train taking you along to Carbis Bay and St Ives, (St Ives can be quite difficult to park your car peak season)

The maximum occupancy for The Cottage is up to 4 persons. We are unable to accommodate additional people on the premises, either visiting or overnight stays, due to Insurance and Fire Safety. We hope that you will respect the restrictions and acknowledge the guidelines.

Unfortunately we do not allow smoking or pets of any kind to be brought into the property as we are located on a working farm.

Vacation is by 10.00am on the morning of departure.

“Fabulous cottage and location.”

The cottage is in a gem of a location with easy access to the countryside, coast and local amenities. Wendy and Tommy go out of their way to make you feel welcome and keep the property in tip-top condition. If you want an opportunity to totally unwind and re-charge your batteries then this is the place for you. Thanks Tommy and Wendy for such a wonderful stay. Andy and Laura.

How do damage deposits work?
