Description
We are in a central area of the city, 5 minutes from the swimming beach, 10 minutes from Ortigia and the archaeological zone. Our villa, "40 years" has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, phon hair dryer, kettle and fridge in the room on request. The decor is vintage style with references to "Sicilian" through some of the '700 furniture. Outside, a large relaxation and lots of green area that surrounds the villa, creating a peaceful and relaxing. We offer our guests, also of electric bicycles, driven by the proximity of the bike path, about 7 km in the archaeological zone (Dionysian walls), which runs along the sea, above coves and inlets dream.
Street Tunis is a street well served, you can find Bank, Market, post office, bus service.
We are also within walking distance of the "Latomie dei Cappuccini", an ancient quarry used for the extraction of stone, (greek period IV sec. A. C.), where there are ancient ruins with wonderful rock stages. There is also the convent and church of the Capuchin Friars fifteenth century. in front of which you can admire the monument to the fallen in Africa, overlooking the sea.
Hospitality, friendliness and courtesy characterize our B & B, in addition to a rich breakfast with fresh and typical products of our culinary tradition.
