This modern annexe adjoins a stone-built cottage near to the village of Tintagel in Cornwall and has one double bedroom. The Garden Apartment is a delightful holiday property in the form of a modern annexe that adjoins a stone-built cottage. Situated half a mile from Tintagel in the little village of Bossiney on a smallholding of poultry and piglets, The Garden Apartment benefits from stunning coastal views. The accommodation consists of a comfortably furnished large and sunny open plan living area including kitchen, dining area and sitting area which opens out onto a private, enclosed garden that is a real sun trap all day long. This charming apartment is made for escaping the stresses of life in this gorgeous West Country location.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road private parking. Small patio with garden furniture overlooking smallholding which now has a charcoal bbq. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and Post Office 0.5 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: This property is not suitable for children (including infants). Note: Property has a check-in time of 4pm.
Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
Town: The area around Tintagel is dominated by the sea, rugged coastline, secluded coves and incredible scenery. The town is famous as the home of the legendary King Arthur's castle, and the castle ruins still overlook the cliff side outside the town. Several beaches, the closest being Trebarwith Strand, are within reach and great surfing is also on offer locally. The South West Coast Path travels through the town and navigates along the cliff tops in both directions through magnificent countryside, then winds down to the sea's edge. 2.5 miles along the path is the village of Boscastle with its charming old fashioned quay and good village pubs. Tintagel itself offers several pubs and restaurants and the Old Post Office, a National Trust property that is well worth a visit. The popular surfing centre of Bude is 15 miles distant, and Bodmin Moor, Padstow and the fascinating Eden Project are all an easy drive away.
