Description

First floor accommodation which sleeps 6 either in double or twin- bedded rooms with handbasin in two of the bedrooms. Separate WC, bath/shower with WC and basin and shower room with basin. Kitchen well equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine. Enclosed lawned area suitable for sitting and eating out on the picnic bench.

Parking for two cars. Additional lawned area in the front garden enabling one to play badmington, swing bat (not supplied). Hotel/leisure facilities within easy walking distance with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and Cowshed spa, restaurant and bar, cafe.

Double aspect windows in the lounge area give a nice.

Linen provided for up to 6 people. NOT swimming towels so please ensure you bring your own.

Dog friendly for well behaved pets. Dogs messes must be collected in waste bags and disposed of in the appropriate place.

An additional cost for dogs of £35 per dog.

Changeover day Friday by 10am to enable the caretaker to come in to clean.

“St Moritz Court, flat 3, Trebetherick”

Lovely homely apartment. Spacious, welcoming-extremely well equipped. Great shower, loads of parking and outdoor space. Very close to 2 beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants. Perfect for our family holiday!
