Description

3 bedroom Lookout cottage situated between Padstow and Wadebridge in North Cornwall. Bus route on the doorstep.

Sleeps up to 5 people (inc infants), no pets.

Large open plan lounge / kitchen upstairs.

Downstairs: 1 double bedroom, a twin and a single bedroom.

Also downstairs is the toilet and separate shower room.

Situated next to our campsite with children's play park.

The space

This lovely self catering holiday cottage is ideal for families and has a unique design of having the sleeping arrangements on the ground floor.

The lounge and kitchen are on the first floor, giving a light and airy feel with panoramic views. A real treat for those who like to relax on holiday with a good book, plenty of natural light.

The lounge maintains it’s traditional Cornish character with high vaulted ceiling and open beams. There are three bedrooms catering for up to 5 people on the ground floor, one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third single bedroom.

Bed linen & one bath towel per person provided.

Shower room and separate toilet with wash basin are also situated on the ground floor.

There are 2 designated parking spaces for Lookout cottage, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.

Our campsite 'The Laurels Holiday Park' is right next door so if you have children then are more than welcome to use the play park (April-October).

Guest access

The rental is for the whole cottage with parking for 2 cars, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.

Other things to note

Here at The Laurels we have 3 holiday cottages and also run a campsite (The Laurels Holiday Park)

Guests are welcome to use the campsite facilities (play park for the children April - October, tourist information & laundry).

Lookout has a washing machine in the cottage and use of a tumble dryer in the launderette on the campsite (coin operated).

Strictly no dogs allowed under any circumstances, please do not request to book if you have a dog as declining bookings affects our superhost status.

If you are travelling with children and need a travel cot or high chair please check availability first as thee items are shared between our 3 rentals so are not always available.

We live on site so are availablie if needed.

We are situated 2 miles from Wadebridge and 6 miles from Padstow and within easy access of lots of local attractions and beaches.

Bookings for workmen must be requested first as we have additional terms relating to workmen only which must be agreed to before a booking can be accepted.
