Large 800sq ft.apartment in Weybridge,Surrey,with separate fully equipped gym. Separate entrance attached to a large family home, that sits behind gates in a beautiful woodland gated community. Simply the best around. Ample safe parking. Separate staircase takes you up to the studio flat where you will find a lovely spacious sitting room, with super king bed, a separate bathroom, with shower, bath, toilet and wash basin. A fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer/oven/induction hob/microwave/coffee machine/kettle/toaster/and all utensils needed. Washing/dryer machine available. 50 inch Smart flat screen TV with Netflix. The view from the apartment looks over an acre of beautiful gardens. Walking distance 12-15 mins to mainline station to London which is 24 mins on the fast train. Close by to many historical attractions, Hampton Court Palace, Windsor, Eton are a 25 min. drive or train ride away. Wimbledon for the tennis is close by. St. Georges Hill Golf Club, Burhill Golf Club are 5 mins away. Brooklands Museum , Mercedes Benz, Local shops, coffee shops & restaurants are all within walking distance. A car is recommended but not necessary if you like walking. This is a great place for all, whether it be for events with family and friends and ideal for business people, as we are so convenient to a good rail network and many Head offices of industry.

Many historic places are a short train/car ride away. Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle & Eton. National Trust Parks and places of interest, The River Thames is close by. Famous Golf Clubs, St. Georges Hill, Burhill Golf Club, Silvermere, & Wentworth are easy and close by. Mercedes Benz World and Motor Museum are on the door step. This is a great place for all whether it be for events with family and friends and ideal for business people, as we are so convenient to a good rail network and many Head offices of industry.

Interaction with guest

I will greet you and show you around, then will leave you to enjoy your stay. There is plenty of fresh linen in a cupboard in the flat for you to use. Teas/ Nespresso Coffee machine for fresh brewed coffee/decaf/sugar/milk are left to start you off. I will be a available at all times if you need anything. I know the area well so can help with Transport/restaurants/cafes/Tesco 24/ which are all nearby. I can recommend Lots of historic and beautiful places to visit. CHECK IN is from 2pm CHECK OUT is 10.30-11am

Stayed in an amazing place in beautiful area in Surrey . Hosts Gail and Ian (and Billy the dog) made our stay very memorable with their warm hospitality and wonderful luxury studio flat . Peaceful yet close to wonderful historic places to visit , Brooklands and Hampton Court Palace to name a few . Amenities of very high standard with excellent cleanliness and fresh daily towels and breakfast too . Thankyou for making us so welcome and hope to re visit soon . Gill and Terry x
