While only 5 minutes from downtown Waynesville, the house is nestled on a private hillside. Our property offers everything you need to relax, including a quiet atmosphere and all necessary amenities, including linens, a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, big porch with outdoor dining set and a gas grill. You will love dining on the porch with its scenic view. This property will make you feel at home.

Please read this before you book:

July, Foliage season (October – mid November) and major holidays – a minimum of 7 nights stay required (may consider 6). The rate is usually higher in July, October and for holiday weeks. If you want to stay for less than 6 nights in October or July, please contact us for availability. We may have some gaps in between weekly reservations.

There is WiFi in the house. Cable TV through Roku (DirectTV NOW streaming service, 60 channels). Cable is in the living room only.

LAYOUT:

The garage is downstairs, the living space is upstairs (must climb steps).

The comfortable king-size bed in the tastefully decorated master bedroom will ensure a good night's rest. The guest room has two twin beds. You will enjoy the open concept of the kitchen, allowing you to spend more time with the family while cooking on a brand new electric oven range. The high cathedral-style ceiling of the living room makes the whole main floor layout unique. The large windows of the kitchen and the living room, allow a great view on the Balsam Mountain.

Damage deposit: Money will be refunded IF there are no damages, excessive cleaning fees incurred and all tenets of the rental agreement are adhered to.

the place was clean and convenient for travel to several western carolina towns. Waynesville is nice city with good restauants and adequate shopping.

We found the property comfortable and met all of our needs. The guest book had several restaurants that were recommended and we found the recommendations to be very useful. I would stay here again.
