NEW RIVER HAVEN offers South Fork of the New River frontage and a small stream meandering the property.
Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing or unwinding in the hammock on the banks of the river.
Cookout by the fire with the large riverside fire pit. Steps into the river and riverfront deck with lighting by the river for long evening enjoyment.
Wood floors and tile throughout. Living features Smart TV, DVD, Wifi. Granite kitchen counters and all you need to prepare a great meal or just uncork and grill out! Includes: Keurig and Regular coffee maker, mixer, toaster, microwave, range, fridge with ice maker stoneware, cookware & lots of utensils.
Master offers queen bed set, smart TV and 1/2 bath.
Second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and smart TV.
Custom full bath offers 5ft walk-in tile shower.
Max Guest 4 (including children).
Outdoor amenities includes 4+ river tubes, patio set, gas grill, several plastic chairs, hooks for your hammocks, corn hole, ping pong table, small dog crate, patio furniture, gas grill. Guest are fully responsible for any damage to these items as well as using at your own risk (bring your own life jackets).
Inside added amenities include: Pack N' Play crib, bed linens, towels, WIFI, washer, dryer, coffee maker, Keirug, microwave, movies & books, games, smart TV's.
Dog Friendly, 2 dog maximum. 25lb max. No Puppies! For your convenience, the deck is gated & small dog crate provided.
Our Vacation Rental Agreement is on this site and will be emailed to you and by reserving you are agreeing to these terms & policies. Upon booking we will email you a confirmation, followed by a check-in package, just prior to your arrival date.
Only minutes to downtown W.Jefferson Art District & Eateries, convenient to Boone and Blowing Rock.

Response from the manager Hi, We appreciate your great review of New River Haven. This well appointed, upscale remodeled home, is a great place for a couple or small family to relax and enjoy! At any of our cabins at any time with stairs, river, steep mountains, we would recommend small children be very closely supervised. The roads leading to the cabin are a community maintained, gravel, dirt road. With the river and things to do in the river and at cabin, New River Haven is a great cabin to visit!
