FANTASTIC 4 BEDROOM/ 3 BATHROOM HOLIDAY LODGE, ON THIS LOVELY RESORT, set in acres of glorious countryside .... There are amazing facilities here, with something to keep everyone happy !
Indoor Swimming pool, Children's play area, state of the art Gym, Bar and Restaurant, Tennis, outdoor Swimming during Summer school hols. Segway adventures avail for an extra small charge. Teens Games room available
WIFI is available at the actual House. Not all properties here offer this.
There is a wonderful feeling of space on this resort, set in the grounds of a historic manor house, acres of grounds and gardens.... the ideal central location, right in the heart of Cornwall! .......
This is a lovely Holiday resort Nr Newquay, set in rolling countryside .... Just a few miles away from the beautiful surfing beaches in Newquay, and many other attractions nearby, including Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, The Eden Project, Dairyland, Waterworld, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Flambards, St Ives and many many more ..... We are always keen to leave lots of information at the house for you.
LOVELY LEISURE FACILITIES - Swimming Pools, Children's play area + basketball area, state of the art Gym, Tennis courts, Bar + restaurant, Tennis ..... There really is something for everyone!! ......
Huge Open Plan living space and 4 bedrooms .... our guests are always delighted with these lovely spacious properties .......
We do have 2 of these 4 bedroom houses here ... so we can accommodate larger family groups.
WIFI is now available at the actual House. Not all properties here provide this.
LEISURE BUILDING is where you will find the Cafe/ Coffee Shop. Here you can enjoy a speciality coffee, or a snack, or why not choose from the range of wines and beers available here. Pool table available here
THE OLD MANOR RESTAURANT, ON THE RESORT -- serves good quality, affordable food, in a relaxed atmosphere. WE CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SUNDAY LUNCH ! It really is great to have this restaurant on the resort, so that you can relax and have a drink, without the hassle of driving !!

MODERN FITTED KITCHEN -- with integrated oven + hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster + kettle, and a wide range of utensils, this property is very well equipped with an abundance of cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. There are doors leading to patio area with picnic table, perfect to relax with a drink !
LOUNGE AREA - has plenty of comfortable seating, LCD tv, PLENTY OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE TO RELAX
The property ideally sleeps 8 comfortably (4 bedrooms) --- with all beds made up for 8 guest.

BEDROOM 4 is on the ground floor off the living area, and has Double bed + built in wardrobe, with a Shower room / wv just next to this bedroom on the ground floor -- it has shower cubicle, wc, wash basin with mirror + storage.
ON THE 1ST FLOOR IS THE MASTER BEDROOM, with ensuite shower suite, with shower cubicle, wc + wash basin with mirror, spot lights and storage. This bedroom has juliet balcony overlooking the gardens, built in wardrobe.
THERE IS ANOTHER DOUBLE BEDROOM, with built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
TWIN BEDROOM --- 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside/reading lighting.
FAMILY BATHROOM has Corner whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, WC + wash basin with mirror + spotlights

This fantastic Resort is very well located to explore Cornwall, with easy access to the A30..... We have 3 children ourselves, who love visiting this holiday resort, there is always so many fun things to do, your children will love it too. ...
This property is suitable for disabled/ elderly guests, there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom/shower room. Please note that all doors are standard width.
*All bedding and linen is provided for up to 8 guests, just bring your own towels.
WE CAN PROVIDE TRAVEL COT WHEN REQUESTED -- small charge applies
**PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF TEENAGERS --- this is a family resort and we have to consider the comfort of other guests.
ALSO - we can take a booking for 1 small dog at certain times, we need to know about this on booking ---- as dogs are not allowed at certain times -- our cleaning company do make an additional charge for this. Certain conditions apply.
DOGS --- this is a dog friendly resort. We can accept 1 small dog at certain times. Please check before booking as this is not always available ... There is a charge of £45 for extra vacuuming etc after a dog and Anti Viral products to remove

“Great base to explore Cornwall”
Jane was very helpful sending lots of information and places to explore before we even arrived. The house was perfect for us, with everything we needed for the week. The site and amenities were fantastic, there is something for everyone to enjoy. It made a fantastic base for our holiday to explore Cornwall.

“Great base from which to see Cornwall”
Right in the centre of Cornwall a great base from which to see the delights on offer in the county. We were a family of 10 including two babies and the house was just the right size to accommodate us all without falling over each other. The site was clean and well maintained although the pool area was looking a little tired. However the indoor pool was never crowded and offered a good alternative to the outdoor pool. The Manor House restaurant served good food and the service was pleasant and prompt. We could not have chosen a better place for the whole family however. Jane (the owner) did all she could to make us welcome even finding us an additional travel cot at the last minute for the babes.

“Well equipped clean house”
