LOVELY SPACIOUS MODERN 4 BED PROPERTY / 3 BATHROOMS -- with huge open plan living space, ideal for families to spend time together
ATLANTIC REACH HOLIDAY RESORT -- set in lots of gardens and grounds with amazing facilities here to keep everyone happy.
WIFI is provided at the actual property.
Not all properties here have this.
At the Leisure Building you will find the Indoor Swimming pool, Large Gym + Fitness Centre, Lovely Cafe / Coffee shop with large viewing window overlooking the swimming pool. WIFI is also available at the Leisure Building.
Mini Golf is available from May 2022 --- Segway Adventures is avail for a small extra charge.
An outdoor swimming pool is open during the summer weeks, and the Manor Restaurant + Bar. There is also Tennis courts.
This is the perfect central location in Cornwall ..... ideal to get out and about exploring Cornwall and the amazing beaches and attractions nearby.

Lovely holiday resort, Nr Newquay, set in rolling countryside in the grounds of a historic manor house. Just a few miles from the beautiful surfing beaches in Newquay, and the many other fantastic places + attractions nearby, including The Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Padstow, Lands End, Dairyland, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Flambards, Creally Fun Park. This list goes on and on.
GREAT LEISURE FACILITIES ON SITE -- Indoor and Outdoor Swimming pools, Childrens Play area, Basketball area, State of the art Gym, Tennis courts, bar + restaurant, Pool table available in the club bar, where you can enjoy a speciality coffee, or choose from the range of wines and beers.
IDEAL FOR TEENAGERS - Families with teenagers will love it on this fantastic site, they can enjoy the freedom to explore the site themselves, and enjoy the many facilities.

Modern fitted kitchen with integrated oven + hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster + kettle, and a wide range of utensils, doors leading to patio area with picnic table.
Lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating, LCD tv, freeview channels.
PLENTY OF SPACE FOR EVERYONE TO RELAX --- with open plan spacious living space.
Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor off the living area, and has double bed + built in wardrobes, the bathroom/shower room is also located on the ground floor (next to the bedroom) - it has shower cubicle, wc, wash basin with mirror, storage.
On the first floor is the Master Double bedroom with ensuite shower suite, with shower cubicle, wc + wash basin with mirror. This bedroom has juliet balcony overlooking the gardens, built in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror.
The other two bedrooms have built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Family bathroom has corner spa bath, separate shower cubicle, wc + wash basin with mirror.

This fantastic resort is very well located to explore Cornwall, with easy access to the A30.
** This is also the ideal location for groups of adults, with fantastic facilities on the resort.
The property is suitable for elderly guests, or anyone that struggles with stairs -- there is a downstairs bedroom and shower room with wc, basin mirror etc. -- Please note that all doors are standard width.
Bedding and linen is provided for 8 guests, just bring your own towels.
Please note ...... we can allow guests to bring 1 small dog at certain times. The cleaning company does charge £45 for a dog ---- please let us know if you are bringing a dog. Please contact us before booking if bringing a dog ..... as this is not always available. We have a couple of these fantastic properties ...... we allow a dog at one property, but not at the other property ...... dogs are often not allowed in certain properties at certain times ...... so this is very important to contact us regarding this.
Other guests staying after you may have allergies ---- so it is vital to let us know if you are bringing a dog.
