Built originally in the 1920’s our beach house at Seasalter has been in our family for over 40 years. One of just a handful of beach front properties in Whitstable bay, its captivating sea view encompasses the Swale estuary and the Isle of Sheppy in the West, right across to Whitstable itself in the East.
Living literally right on the beach is something quite special, so whether your passion is fishing, bird watching or sailing, or if you need a base to explore Whitstable, Faversham and Canterbury from, or are just looking for a traditional Kent seaside break or family holiday, our fully equipped Seasalter beach house is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining stay.

“Beautiful Beach House with amazing views”
We are a family of 3, 2 adults and a child. From the booking process to checking out was simple and straight forward. Great communication. The beach house didn’t disappoint. Was very clean, catered for all of our needs plus more. Highly recommend. Great location, beautiful views. Beds were extremely comfortable. We sat out in the garden on a few occasions. We loved going to the sea wall and watching the world go by. We really relaxed and felt at home. None of us wanted to leave. Visited Forget me not café & The Oyster Pearl during our stay. If you plan on using the washing machine and/or dishwasher whilst there, please remember to take with you washing tablets & dishwasher tablets. Thanks Jakki & James for giving us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful beach house. xx

“Sunsets to die for!”
Wonderful stay. The Beach House was tasteful and comfortable but it was hard to take our eyes off the view. It was an inspiring way to end dismal lockdown months.

“Absolutely brilliant”
I booked a two night stay for a surprise birthday. We arrived at the house and were so pleased with it. Very spacious inside and the decoration and attention to detail was beyond our expectation. The house was immaculately clean and they have supplied everything you could possibly need. Even in these difficult covid 19 times they had supplied hand sanitizers. The location is brilliant and we were very excited to see a Heron just on the beach , lovely for walks into Whitstable. Will definitely be booking again and I highly recommend this house to everyone, don’t miss this little gem

“Lovely Views”
