Description

Chloe Cottage is a recently refurbished fishermans cottage. With 3 bedrooms, good size lounge and large extension to the rear housing a kitchen/diner, the property offers a good size accommodation for couples and families. The new kitchen/diner has velux windows, a rooflight and bi folding doors making the room lovely and bright. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined to make a king size if needed. There is an enclosed garden with raised seating area and a downstairs toilet, alway handy for the children! Local to shops, the harbour and the beach, this is in the ideal location for a break away.

There is a travel cot, highchair and travel stairgate available to use at the Cottage. Guests are welcome to bring their own travel stair gates if they wish.

Minimum age of booking guest must be 25. The house is in a residential area and I would ask that visitors are respectul of the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. No parties.

“Perfect spot”

Great spot for high street and sea - especially for mum who doesn't walk that far. House was spacious and comfortable and welcome by host really nice. Maybe a bigger cafetiere and access to Netflix or I-Player/DVD player would be a good addition but we were out a lot and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
