This stone-built, detached barn conversion is set next to the owner's working livestock farm on the edge of the market town of Wolsingham near Durham and sleeps two people in one bedroom.Drover's Cottage is a stone-built, detached cottage set next to the owner's working livestock farm on the edge of the market town of Wolsingham near Durham. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Drover's Cottage is just the spot for a countryside break with the dogs.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being set on a farm, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside, Please note that E.V Car charging is not permitted at this property, there are however many close by places that offer this facility.
