We offer a large cool and breezy 1000 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, private, 2nd floor apartment, includes all utilities, located in a great family neighborhood, vaulted open beam ceilings with 4 ceiling fans, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, pantry, private washer and dryer, plenty of storage, large lanai/patio, with sweeping views of Kailua and a flagstone (1st floor) patio with BBQ, small fire pit, outdoor chairs and Bamboo sunshade.

I cannot express my happiness enough for choosing to stay at this wonderful apartment. Its a great place, very spacious and with all the amenities of a true home. Anything you need to enjoy your vacation you will find it here, from beach towels, boogie boards to even snorkel gear and many more. Only a short drive to beautiful beaches, shopping and some great restaurants. Grocery store and fast food joints just down the main street. We truly enjoy our stay and hope to be back very soon. The owner is the best, she made us feel very welcome.

Patty and Bob helped make our trip better.
The apartment was clean, spacious, well furnished and well stocked.
We were immediately at home. Patty baked and sent us a sample. We were allowed to pick herbs from the garden for our cooking.
The apartment was set up perfectly for us. Two women traveling together who needed some privacy. Even though it is a one bedroom, there is a pull-out sofa in the dining area. We had said that we would need to use it. It was all set up when we arrived. A large closet near the pull out and a large closet in the bedroom.
The location was in a nice friendly neighborhood. However, it was not far from all the things one wanted to see and do in Kailua. One would need to have a car.
The patio area was especially nice. There was a wonderful gas grill which we used and a place to set and enjoy the clean fresh Hawaiian air.
We would return here.

Patty and Bob were friendly, accommodating, and helpful hosts. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I could imagine needing in a vacation rental. It was in a comfortable, quiet neighborhood about a mile from the beautiful Kailua Bay beach. Shopping and hiking were nearby. The set-up of the apartment worked great for our family of 4 and we had everything we needed for our week-long stay, both inside the apartment and for a day at the beach. Thank you for helping us create great memories from our trip to Oahu!
