The house despite being in the city center is immersed in the green with characteristic terraces typical of Sicilian houses of the period. My house is directed to a high-end tourism!
You will find in it important furniture and furnishings that have made the history of Italian design recognized worldwide
Acireale city Deale and strategic to know Sicily, is a city far from the bustle of Catania but also a 10-minute drive. Acireale is 20 minutes from Taormina. 30 minutes from Syracuse and Ragusa. 10 minutes from Mount Etna, 5 minutes from Acitrezza and Acicastello.
The house is located a few steps from the central Piazza Duomo and the old fish market. Acireale city notable past history is ideal for a holiday of sea, mountain Etna, and culture.
Acireale overlooking the sea and I personally walk every morning along an old pedestrian street in 1500 called the "Chiazzette" during the summer I go there to swim in the beach of Santa Maria La Scala.
The villa has an outer surface at your disposal 900 square meters. It has a large garden with ancient vegetation typical Sicilian. The large terrace is an area equipped for children, tables, chairs, to have lunch and dinner during your stay. The barbecue is also equipped with typical Sicilian cooking and baking. The cars inside and kept in the villa are three.
The house for you is independent, has an inner surface of 110 square meters for the exclusive use for you, consisting of:

Whether you are a family with children in search of relaxation and tranquility or a group of friends looking for fun and culture for the beautiful city of Acireale accessible on foot in the old town, our house is the perfect destination. In our yard you will also find games for your children. For occurrence I provide wooden bed for children 1 to 4 years positioned in the master bedroom, stroller for your children.
A 5-minute drive from the beach, 15 minutes from Acitrezza, Acicastello, Catania. On the eastern slopes of the Etna in 10 minutes Motorway from Taormina and 30 minutes from Syracuse. Wanting to walk home you can reach the sea in Santa Maria la Scala along an old pedestrian street in 1500 called the "Chiazzette".
Acireale in its riviera of lemons comes at a strategic point of rich culture and natural landscapes. Availability throughout the year with the utmost courtesy.
