Accommodation located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, with shared toilet, located in a quiet and well served by trade and public transport, ideal for visiting the city whose center is a 15-minute walk. Guests have access to the room through the hallway, balcony and connected to the toilet. Is possible to deposit materials in the cellar. WI-FI, towels, slippers, shampoo, hair dryer and shower gel included. Free public parking is readily available in the immediate surroundings. Breakfast and the use of the kitchen is not included. Smoking only on the balcony. You may not use open flame (stoves, gas cookers etc.).
The property is subject to the obligations referred to in Article 109 of TULPS concerning the communication of the people lodging, so that each guest must present provided with valid ID, and its general will be forwarded to the police headquarters in Aosta by computer.
Alloggio privato sito al IV piano di un immobile senza ascensore, con la toilette condivisa, situato in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito dal commercio e dai trasporti pubblici, ideale per visitare la città il cui centro dista 15 minuti a piedi. Gli ospiti hanno accesso alla stanza tramite il corridoio, al balcone connesso e alla toilette. Possibilita' di depositare materiali in cantina.
