Description

The house consists of three floors plus the ground floor of about 45 square meters, one room per floor, can accommodate three people per room. The whole building is my property, it is located in Bolognetta a few steps from Palermo, a clean, hospitable and rich in traditions village, located on the state road to Agrigento, a crossroads that has always been frequented by traders, representatives and tourists who want to move easily in the neighboring areas without entering the chaos of Palermo. In 20 minutes you are in Palermo, in about 40 minutes in Cefalu ', at the same time in Agrigento. In summer in half an hour you get to San Nicola L'Arena where a beach of fine sand awaits us and a splendid sea. In Bolognetta the B & Bs have VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES that, combined with quality, comfort and convenience make them an excellent choice. Jolly house is distinguished by the bathroom and the kitchenette in some rooms which makes it more comfortable and convenient, near the village you can find more than six restaurants where you can appreciate Sicilian specialties. Nearby there is also a riding school. summer period in half an hour you arrive in the splendid sea of Torre Normanna in Altavilla Milicia.
