“Nice and Cozy” We had a great time during Spring Break 2014. We wanted to do something a little different with grandkids this year, and this Cottage was perfect. (We normally go to Gatlinburg) Cottage sits right on the river with the deck actually out over the river. Hot tub was well taken care of and located where we had a nice view of the river. We didn't realize we had scheduled opening day of trout fishing season, but we took advantage, and my son caught several nice fish right on the property. I enjoyed the fact that the cottage is a part of history, (Former Bat Cave Post Office), yet everything was updated with new fixtures and electronics. The beds slept great, and the grand kids loved the game room. Chimney Rock State Park and little downtown area are just a few minutes from the cottage on the same road. We were a little concerned about available dining close by, but were pleasantly surprised with the variety of options. Also used the available stainless Weber grill on the deck. I am certain we will return later in the summer. The owners were very nice, and made us feel like we were appreciated. Overall a very nice and relaxing vacation. (The massage chair was a bonus when I could get the kids out of it)

“Wonderful cabin!” My husband and I stayed here with our teen aged daughter for our older daughters wedding. The cabin is gorgeous. The decks are wonderful, large and comfortable. Beautifully furnished, all the comforts of home. It was a great place to relax and unwind after the wedding 'chaos'! Will definitely stay again.

“Beautiful Saddlebrook” I visited this home with 6 other women and we all loved it. This house is beautifully appointed with everything you need. The babbling creek is truly right next to the house and is so soothing. There was plenty of room and we were all very comfortable.

“Perfect getaway” Is this edited version ok to put on the website? We just had the most relaxing time at Mountain Dream Cabins. We went with very little expectation as this was our first mountain getaway after moving to Charlotte 7 months ago. We absolutely loved it. The cabins are so you have a lot of privacy and we like that a lot. It was great to unwind and disconnect from the world for a short time. “A cozy getaway so close to everything!” We went with 3 other families and our young toddlers and the home was super kid friendly. They supplied us with a high chair and pack and play as well as a gate for the stairs. They really thought of everything. The home had all the kitchen supplies that we needed and we spent many evenings just hanging out and grilling relaxing in the house. Very clean and comfortable.amazing views as well!

“Relax and enjoy the view and the art” This place was so relaxing, rejuvenating and beautiful! Lovely house with all you need. The deck is awesome for enjoying the view, sunning, grilling. You are surrounded by not only mountains but by artist studios throughout the area on the Toe River Studio Tour. Claudia and John were very helpful and all of our contact with them was enjoyed. They can guide you to wonderful hiking locations too. It was so cool to see them at work in their studios creating art. Their studios are in walking distance from the house.

“Hidden Gem” Stumbled upon Reva's place just looking last minute for accommodations for the night, but we found so much more. The property is gorgeous, not too far outside of Asheville but far enough away to see every star in the sky. The animals were a fun touch and the trails around the property were great. She offers a ton of spiritual healing packages that I'd like to come back and take advantage of, the only thing we used was the hot tub that was tucked away on the property and was wonderful to watch the stars at night. Would definitely recommend!

“Mr.” The place was very nice. You could hear the owners walking around and talking upstairs. I did expect clean towels and wash rags every day but we didn't get any. May have been my fault because I didn't ask. The owners were very nice and said if we needed anything to just ask. We did enjoy ourselves.
