“Wonderful!” Michele was awesome every step of the way. She communicated clearly from the start and followed through with meeting us at the flat. The studio was just perfect for the two of us. We walked all over Paris from this location and took the metro which is just across the street. There isn't anything you cant get to from here. The studio was quiet at night and the bed is excellent. Everything was perfect. I'd like to stay a month next time!

“Forget hotels - stay here!” Booked this as a surprise trip after proposing to my now-fiancée and we absolutely loved it. After searching hotel comparison sites and finding tiny rooms anywhere were £250+ per night, I decided to have a look on Homeaway.co.uk. Reviews for this place were great and the pictures looked amazing - as others have said, this is an absolute bargain compared to much more basic hotel rooms. The pictures don't do the apartment justice - it is incredibly luxurious but also comfortable, with everything you could possibly want provided and offered by the owner. Great for a special occasion or just any trip to Paris really! The location is perfect, just minutes from the Champs-Élysées and around the corner from a Metro station. We rarely used the Metro, with the arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower and arguably Notre-Dame within walking distance. A few handy shops nearby - no bakeries/patisseries were open when I looked but it was Easter weekend... some great restaurants nearby, would particularly recommend Le Boeuf Sur Le Toit (details in the welcome pack provided). We were extremely surprised they didn't have a Michelin star and they were extremely welcoming, not a fussy dress code etc. (P.S. I strongly recommend the châteaubriand!) Other things to note are that the building is extremely secure, the owner is very trustworthy & that every need will be catered for during your stay. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else next time I visit Paris and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. 12 out of 10!

“Best vacation ever!!” I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The apartment is perfect, very functional and so beautiful. My children were very pleased to play with all the toys.We enjoyed the view, particularly the Eiffel tower! Everything is close by. We walked everywhere, to the movies, to the grocery shops, and I loved all the "boutiques" in Boulogne. The subway was not even 5 minutes away from the apartment ( and the bus is at the end of the street)and with children, I found it very practical to go around Paris. In less than 20 minutes, we were in the heart of Paris!! What can I say, I loved it, and we are ready to come back next year!!I would definitively recommend this place!!! Loved it!

“Superb Paris apartment” I rented this amazing apartment for a week in June for my adult son and I for his Birthday and it just could not have been more ideal. We fell in love with it immediately. He had his own spacious bedroom with ensuite and I enjoyed my fantastic bedroom and marble ensuite and cute little deck where we had our breakfasts overlooking the garden. The kitchen is extremely well equipped but we paid morning visits to Le Notre for pastries & stocked up on a few cheeses and fruits from Monoprix for breakfast and ate out the rest of the time. Ellen showed us our apartment and spent all the time we needed to get acquainted with our new place, she is the best ! We were so lucky to get this ultra clean apartment in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and would not hesitate to stay there again !! A short walk to the end of the block with a glance to the left rewards you with a glorious view of the L'Arc de Triomphe. What's not to like ?

“Convenient Funky Apartment” Dealing with Ratif was a pleasure. He did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He even carried our bags to the top floor apt. We are two lady friends in our late 70's and did not find the stairs a problem The location is convenient to two metro stations. The bathroom situation is unique in that the toilet and sink is in one location and tub/shower, bidet and sink is in a different location all w/i the apt. Yes, the kitchen is small, but compact and there was construction going on in the bldg. while we were there. However we left mid morning and didn't usually return until after 3 so we weren't bothered by it. Advance notice should be given to tenants about it though (see another review). We particularly recommend the night tour with Ratif. He did an excellent job of taking us all over the city and was knowledgeable about the areas. I don't know how he timed the last stop at 11 PM to be the Eiffel Tower just as it started blinking. That was brilliant. All in all a pleasurable experience despite the rainy cool weather.

“Beautiful, classic-style Paris apartment perfectly located!” My family and I found the absolutely perfect apartment for our trip to Paris. Letitia was a gem to rent from; she gave us so much information based on our interests. The apartment was close to many museums, wonderful restaurants, food markets, shopping and so much more! The train to Versailles was literally around the corner. The apartment was very comfortable with enough lounging room in the living room, very comfortable beds with high-end bedding and space to put away our belongings. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in which we did a couple of nights. We were welcomed warmly, coffee and croissants were provided for us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, quiet and just lovely. We would return here again and again!

“Eiffel Tower-Alma” Absolutely gorgeous. our host Bernard left a bottle of wine from his vineyard for us to enjoy. what a treat. We ended a tour from Normandy....and our host picked us up from tour drop off to take us to our delightful Parisian Apartment. 5 class service. kitchen was fully stocked. large fridge by Paris standards. plenty of towels and comply beds. Master bedroom was super Large. Desk. Seating area...since I booked the trip my husband and I enjoyed the master suite. Complete with two sinks. Had a tub...we prefer a shower...but that was just down the hall. Plenty of closet space and hangers. This is a 2 story unit. 2nd and 3 rd floor. 2 nd floor was the large living room, with TV and two balcony so overlloking the street and view of Seine River ...River a 1/2 block away. kitchen had everything....cutting boards, sharp knives, 2 sets of dishes and enough wine glasses for a party of 50. Separate sitting room with a dinning room. Glass table with seating for 6... Plenty of chairs to accommodate a larger crowd. Plus a water closet...(toilet) 3 rd floor had the three bedrooms and 2 baths....separate room for toilet. Apartment was as if our rich Parisian Great Aunt had left for us to use with all her treasures displayed. Small elevator to get our luggage up the stairs....just used for our large luggage...easier to take our small bags up to unit. Note: stairs inside unit to each floor was a small, tiny spiral staircase...was worried if I drank to much to navigate...just take very slowly. if block up from river on I believe it was a Tuesday....a 3 block long of farmers market. Not like any I have been to before, fresh fish...all kinds, Meat.....steaks, poultry etc. flowers. olive.....cheese...cheese...cheese...ethnic foods, table cloths, kitchen towels, clothing etc. What a delight...and so close to apartment. We bought baguettes ...lunch meats, olives, marinated squid, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables etc....what a great lunch. My husband and I walked to the Arc de Triumph ....15 mins.....champs de ....We were a family of 8. We had plenty of room. Did not feel crowed at all. We even had another couple over for dinner one night. They were truly impressed by the apartment. Bernard had scheduled a van to take us to the airport for the trip home. pick up at front door....so easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment....but please have Bernard help with your travel plans to and from apartment. made for a truly 5 star experience. We did figure out the metro ...easy once explained to you. I also recommend City Paris Vision for tours...we were a party of 8 to tour Versillle ....the van picked us up and dropped us off at the apartment....again very easy. Cafes around every corner...for coffee...sweets...lunch and dinner. Bernard if you read this...many thanks for being an excellent host. You made our Paris stay very enjoyable. Till our next visit.
