“Love love love!” We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Anita was extremely helpful and the house was beautiful! We loved sitting outside and listening to the stream and the hot tub was perfect! Our stay was just what the doctor ordered and we loved every minute of it! The location of the cabin is amazing too because you are secluded while being a short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!

“Excellent little getaway” My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The cabin was beautiful and well kept. The hot tub was very clean. We could hear traffic sometimes but not enough to really be bothered. This is a wonderful place to stay near some great national parks, and right outside the lively town of Helen. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

“Lovely, charming and warm cabin!” We had a great time staying at the cabin over Christmas 2012. Ideal for our family (two adults & two children). The cabin has everything you need to be comfortable, well equipped and warm. Nice and quiet place - no impact from I-70, easy to get to the shuttle bus to Vail! Short walk/or drive to supermarket if needed. The kids enjoyed the new snow and had fun rolling and tubing around the hills behind the cabin.

“Perfect Hideaway.” Perfect couple hideaway for the weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub, the views, and the fireplace. It was very warm and inviting. Fully stocked kitchen so it was nice to be able to cook and enjoy staying in. 15 minutes to Gatlinburg and 15 to Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!!

“Roomy, bright and cozy cabin in a beautiful setting - perfect ge” We had a really fun and relaxing few days at this cabin - it's minutes away from cute shops and great restaurants. Inside it has cozy furnishings, a washer/dryer and everything you could need in the kitchen. We kept a big fire going most of the time - especially when watching movies on the big screen tv! Outside, there's a big back deck, perfect for outdoor activities and barbeques. The yard right behind the deck is a great sledding hill and an there's a small alpine slide close by, not to mention the Bear Mountain slopes! Would recommend it for families, or for a quiet relaxing getaway.

“More than I could have expected!” Our trip consisted of myself and my Boyfriend, and another Couple. We had been looking for about 4 months for the perfect cabin get-away in the Hocking Hills area. We thought we came across a few winners, that was UNTIL we found Marsh Hollow! Marsh Hollow was so much better than I had even imagined! A lot of other cabins we saw along the way had pictures online to make it seem it was secluded, when I saw that there actually was another cabin right on top. Marsh Hollow ShadySide Cabin was secluded! There is a pine grove separating the 2 cabins that are on the property. There is a lot of property between the two cabins that I didn't even realize that there was anyone over there until we went on a walk along the creek. The inside of the cabin is amazing! Anything you could possibly anticipate needing in the kitchen is there! There is also a gas grill on the back deck! The sound system was awesome! It was really neat to have it set up outdoors also! We were able to listen to music while we were in the hot tub! Everything at Marsh Hollow is excellent! Mary & Dave are very accommodating and sweet people! We are planning our trip already for next year! Our vacation consisted of wanting to travel around the Hocking Hills area checking out the 6 different areas of the state park. The distance from the cabin to all of our areas of interest is very reasonable! Thank you for everything Mary & Dave!!

“Perfect place to get away from it all.” Cozy, comfortable, & clean cabin. Plenty of things to do without leaving the cabin, or within a short drive (pool). If you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle, this is a perfect place. Unfortunately, it rained most of our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pond or pool much. But the hot tub & pool table got plenty of use! The kids loved it and are already asking when we can go back!

“Best weekend ever :)” I have recently rented the bungalow and just have great things to say about it. The place is so cozy, and cute, they had everything we needed and the location couldn't be better. It's very close to any of the skii resorts and many attractions, market...It was only my boyfriend and I and the bungalow was just the perfect choice to spend a holiday weekend. “Loved our stay at the Summit” The Summit is a great get away. It is very private, being at the to of the mountain. The house is beautiful and very clean. It has everything that you need to make your stay pleasant. Everything in the house works. This was our second trip to the house. The owners are great people and a pleasure to work with. “Adventure!” I was impressed with the shifting scenery, nature itself, the feel of being comforted and calmed! I cannot recommend this enough, especially for those where life never slows down. This was a NEEDED break and a reminder electronics are not a life or death situation. With that being said yes you do have internet access-lol!

“The cabin was nice and the setting was beautiful and tranquil.” If you want to spend some time in the country but have nice conveniences like a hot tub, TV, grill, all the stuff you need in the house, this is a great choice. The views of the Ohio River are memorable - the wild life (humming birds, hawks, rabbits, etc.) is plentiful. The cabins are really nice and offer lots of light and views.
