“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.

“Wonderful holiday” We had a lovely holiday staying at Emerald magic, the villa was just right for our family of 12 , our 5 grandsons loved the south facing swimming pool which was always lovely and warm while we enjoyed relaxing on the 6 sunbeds. The games room had loads of things to keep them happy and occupied while the adults relaxed. The barbecue with free gas was great at mealtimes, although it was out of gas when we arrived it was very quickly replaced with one phone call as were any other problems which occurred, excellent service. Plenty of pool towels, saving packing our own and the double buggy was so handy at the parks. The location to disney parks could not be better, only about 10 minutes drive and the complex is lovely with a really friendly lady at reception. Also Thank you for the special touch of the rose on the bed which made celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary a special occasion.

“A good choice for our family” This place was as expected, except that the floors needed mopping. This home is advertised as children friendly, but bare feet and small children soon became dirty by crawling on these floors! We began our stay by double mopping both ground and upper floors, as well as the stairs. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and would choose this place again!

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Perfect for everyone's needs and in an excellent location!” From long before we arrived we knew how excellent a villa this was, as the owner and the management team were so incredibly helpful and willing. Including the management team assisting me with purchases to go in the home before I arrived and Susan the owner answering all my crazy questions! In fact I'm going to miss our email chats! On arrival in the home we found everything perfectly clean tidy and in order with an excellent welcome pack to see us through before our big shop. Being a mum of young children I was delighted with the huuuge washing machine and dryer. We need these in the UK. The children loved the pool and the games room and spent lots of happy times there, as did the adults after the kids had gone to bed. We unusually chose not to hire a car and we got around no problem. Disney, particularly animal Kingdom is only a short distance away and universal is only about 25-30 mins. I prebooked a lot of journeys with a company called happy limo who were absolutely outstanding in their punctuality and ease of booking. Anyway back to the house, every bedroom was perfectly appointed with all you could need. The living areas were very spacious even with 7 adults and 2 children. We never once felt on top of each other. The shop and communal pool at Windsor hills is a nice short stroll away and Windsor Hills itself is very clean, well laid out and very secure indeed. I could not recommend this house highly enough and am very pleased I chose this one. I spent weeks and weeks searching villa rentals before settling on this house so I learnt a lot about the different features and prices of villas and I do feel that this one fitted the bill perfectly.

“Great Stay” The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening. Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.
