“Perfect Lake House!” We had a great time staying here. House is right on the lake and completely adorable! Hot tub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

“Great place, great location!” My husband and our 2 children under 4 years old decided to go to Fl. for april vacation. We stumbled on this property online and decided to chance it even though there were no reviews. The pictures of the room looked clean and homey and the pool and beach proximity couldn't be beat for the price. The owners were very curteous and accessible and answered all our questions before we booked. Boy, am i glad we chose it! They told us where the key was to get in and when we arrived, there were no glitches. We found a thank you note, our parking pass, and a map of the building on the table. It was exactly as advertised. There was a king bed and a twin bed for our preschooler. The bathroom was stocked with extra towels, tp, and toiletries, and the kitchen had ample paper towels, dish soap, pots and pans, a blender, and dish ware. There was ample closet and drawer space, too. They even left an Easter basket for the kids on the table as our stay extended into the holiday. The outdoor premises were clean and quiet and the other owners in the building were friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained and the beach was quiet. It was so nice not having to schlep everything back and forth as it was a quick walk back to the room. We were within walking distance to the grocery store and pharmacy and even Flbs if we were feeling motivated. We had some fabulous seafood at the Blue Moon Fish Co. and ice cream at Kilwin's. After a day trip to Hollywood and Miami (other locations we entertained renting in) we were so relieved we choose our quiet spot. We loved how easy it was to settle right in and tidy up when we left. The owners touched base with us before we left asking if we enjoyed our stay and what they could do better. Honestly, it was a stretch to think of something and all I could come up with was adding sturdy plastic cups to use at the pool area and a coffee grinder. If we come to FL again for our spring break vacation, we will look no further than this little gem!

“Nice home for family” Ver nice home . Should spray outside around home for bugs. Had some spiders in the lower floor and some ants in kitchen area . Screen door in back patio up and down stairs needs to be replaced. Other than that it was an awesome house to stay at. We stayed for a week end for a wedding .Should maybe have a time motion sensor spot light at night for drive way. Solar lights do not work as the sun can not het to them through the trees. I would recommend,

“Super Friendly” Great folks running this place. They really give the home town experience with amenities of a major hotel. This property is right next to a beautiful lake. The options are great for either the relaxed weekend or if you want to water skiing or out on a boat to fish it is all there. Really pleased with vacation this has turned into and relaxation is the key!

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Very comfortable, located minutes from the beach in peaceful neighborhood.” This room was everything we expected it to be. I would recommend this tucked away getaway to anyone wanting to stay minutes away from the beach in FT. Lauderdale. The owners were very friendly and accommodating too. The only thing I would improve is the privacy to the room with more curtains but we will definitely be back. Thanks for a fun stay!

“Amazing” So I was a bit skeptical at first because the pics were kinda dark but man oh man am I glad I booked this property. The pics don't really do it Justice. My party of 9 slept peacefully in the quiet neighborhood. There was more than enough room for everyone. The house was sparkly clean and the best was sooo comfy. The owner, Mrs Kat, was awesome. She took care of all of my last minute request and was pretty easily reachable throughout my stay. Ms Pat, the neighbor, was so super sweet and nice! The best part, it was only about 15 minutes away from the boardwalk! It was perfect! We had a ball! I definitely recommend this rental property! Enjoy!

“Fantastic house” The house looks really great on the pictures. After a long flight I opened the front door and I feel really happy. It is absolutly gorgeous. The house is much, much better than on the great pictures. Very clean, everything you need is here. Very lovely decorated. And when I wake up after the first night and get on the balkony with my coffee - I get a breathtaking view of the ocean. THIS is a fantastic vacation house. I looked at so many houses on VRBO. Finally I take the perfect one. In much better condition than the other houses around. You can't compare the other houses with their old stuff with this house. This house is like brand new! I recommend it to everybody. It is worth every cent. We definitly come back.
