“Wonderful” When we arrived at Wheelhouse, we were immediately met by our hostess who could not have been more helpful. On opening the door to this immaculate cottage, we entered a spacious hallway and with billowing curtains...it was a hot sunny day the 1st week of June, so Sharon had opened the windows and patio doors to let the air circulate for us. It was perfect! a welcome, balloon, bottle of wine and other goodies were left for us. It was The nicest cottage we have stayed in. All 3 bedrooms were big, airy and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities and the living room room/ kitchen opens up onto a private courtyard with table, chairs and an umbrella for shade. The cottage was beautifully and tastefully decorated, not too fussy with too many ornaments to break! all in all, it was a perfect holiday destination.

“Barn conversion in Cornwall” This compact,cute home was in an excellent, central location for visiting all areas of Cornwall, which was lovely. I did miss having a washing machine. The owners, who live near, were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

“Peaceful 'get away'” Outstanding, friendly but not intrusive service. Ample equipment to cook a simple meal. Cosy,clean, comfortable home.Beautiful surroundings;quiet relaxing yet easy to get to anglesey(we enjoyed a 'rib' ride up the Menai straits)and other attractive parts of N.Wales not usually visited. “Didnt stay in this building ...” Gor the dairy instead so people who had booked didnt have to move out & back in. Very lovely people & dog, Molly on working farm in very quiet area. Barn owl flew over car on approach to house. So cosy & had everything we needed for weekend break. One place I would go back to & not just for homemade cake on arrival. Did find farm hard to find due to lack of lighting on road through but no real problem

“Beautifully presented and equipped property.” Certainly the best self-catering property we have ever had.No downsides to it, everything about this is a1. The master bedroom in particular is stunning, but on the whole the attention to detail in every aspect from cutlery to furnishings is fantastic. Also worthy of mention is the very friendly approach of the owner who is a pleasure to deal with. Cold weather at New Year limited our useage of the outdoor facilities, but the view from the garden is fantastic. Crail itself is a lovely location.

“peace & quite with outstanding views & wild life” the house is well placed and easy to find, the layout was modern and well layed out with comfortable beds. “What a great weekend” We went for a 40th birthday and took 16 friends along with us. The house was just great in every way. We enjoyed the space, the kitchen and its cupboards full of stuff, the jacuzzi and the massive lounge with roaring fire. I would recommend this for a great weekend getaway with friends or family. It's in a fabulous location right by the sea and very private. My only bug was it was cold but we did go in November! Would definitely go again.

“Very good location” Very nice owners who live next door. An excellent free house 2 minutes walk away the Butchers arms is a must if you like real ale. the old dairy is well located for the attractions of Canterbury and Whitstable. we enjoyed our stay.
