“Felt like home, great view, wonderful deck.” We had a wonderful time at La Colina de Carolina in Montezuma. We've stayed at several rental vacation places and found La Colina to be the best for us. It was more like home, rather than cold and impersonal like some places. It's built on a hill with an overhang roof, so it's cool, there was no need for air con. There was a powerful floor fan when we needed it for a particularly hot day. Some places say "well equipped" kitchen, but this one really was! Very homey and comfortable, perfect for a couple. Can't see any neighbours, just nature and a wonderful view. Montezuma is still a small quiet town with unspoiled beaches. We are a past-mid-century couple and managed to walk back up the hill from the beach every day, we just waited for late afternoon when the sun was off the hill. It wasn't that bad, and kept us in shape. We'd definitely go back to La Colina and recommend to our friends.

“Can't Wait To Go Back!!!” We were introduced to this little gem by accident a few years ago! We shared a ride from the airport to Jaco with a gentleman that convinced us to check out the Monte Carlo. We did, and have been back 6 times since!!! (We used to stay at the Los Sounos) It is by far one of the few hidden gems in Jaco. The staff, location and surroundings are incredible. So close to everything, restaurants, beach, bars, stores and entertainment, yet from the moment you enter this compound, it is true peace and tranquility!! The condos are furnished with everything you need and the service staff will keep the place really tidy. No need to hit the streets to book tours or worry about transportation to and from the airport, Christian, (The Main Man) will handle everything. The pool has a swim up bar and a fridge that we keep pretty stocked. Thats such a bonus!! From the moment you check in, your greeted and treated like your part of the family. Truly welcoming!! We are just planning our next trip, and its all based around the Monte Carlo! Cant wait to come back!!

“We are hooked.” This was our second trip to the Casa and we must say it was better than the first. My wife and I had 10 days to explore and take in the Country like we had never before. We found the rainy season (Sept) more to our liking and would highly recommend that time of the year to truly experience the beauty of the region. Cannot say enough about Randy's staff and hospitality, something truly unique in todays environment. As I Titled this review as being hooked for it truly did hook us, to the point we have purchased a house east of Parrita and are moving up our retirement dates. “beautiful place, great luxury house” I loved Casa Rio Mar. It was clean and had everything we needed to have a great time.it is right on the beach so you can enjoy an excellent view just by sitting in the courtyard. I would certainly recommend the house.
