“Lovely, private, inspirational home” I stayed here with my husband, teen daughter and 2, 20 something year old kids. The house is about 20 min from the airport, 5 minutes to the grocery store and restaurants and beaches, but still very private. It is everything you would want in a tropical getaway - Clean, cool, open and welcoming. We used the whole house and found it to be very comfortable - the beds were VERY comfortable. We spent the cooler parts of the day on the patios and enjoyed the incredible, unbeatable views to the ocean. In fact, my favorite part of the vacation was spending the early morning sipping delicious Costa Rican coffee on the balcony while listening to the countryside awake. The local manager, Myra, was very helpful, accommodating and available. She was able to secure a cook for us one night so we could have the "typical" dinner - delicious. Please note: the scary looking dirt road UP the hillside led us to the house. It's a very short ascent, but you will need a 4 wheel drive, or at least a larger car to make it up - we got used to it after a couple of days, but we had a good car and got a lot of experience on dirt roads with our travels around the country during the week. This house would be great for a large gathering, multiple families or a party!

“just as advertised” This is really a wonderful condo, just as advertised it had everything to offer. It is very clean inside and is quite cozy. “Peace of mind and close to everything...” I am a travel agent here in the country and I like to explore with the family new options so I can recommend places to clients and friends. I have found Villas Casa Loma on the Internet,because I was looking for the right place to acommodate 9 people, 7 teenagers dad and mom... Villas Casa Loma is a great place where you can find a relaxing atmosphere,large Villas with beds for all participants if needed, great pools for the entire family and a full Kitchen so you can do your own meals. I want to recommend this place to any kind of traveller who wants a well preserve, privacy, and clean Villa with all you need for the trip, we recommend to rent a car so you can reach easily, Flamingo, Brasilito, Conchal, Tamarindo and Potrero beach... Igor and Tom are excellent people, very friendly and kind owners and always are a step ahead, we will return for sure and I will recommend your place to my clients and friend for sure. “Satisfying,safe and friendly.” My wife and I have stayed here several times. We usually stay for four to six weeks. Affordable, beautiful landscaping and within walking distance of the ocean. Lots of birds on and around the property. Great views of the ocean to the west and mountains to the east. Centrally located to several national parks. Makes a good home base for daily or two to three day trips exploring Costa Rica. The pool is large and well mantianed. The owners are great host and the help is top notch.

“Spectacular!” Playa Flamingo is such a great destination and Villas Casa Loma in particular is the Best place to stay in the region. Within minutes you can chose to be on the beach, in a charming beach villiage, zip lining, surfing, hiking, horseback riding, or enjoying an aTV tour. The dining options in this area is incredible and the choices are many and varied and within minutes of VCL. You can reserve an entire villa, or just a suite of rooms, or bring all of your family and friends and take over the whole place like we did for Spring Break last year. I am a frequent visitor to Costa Rica and I highly recommend Villas Casa Loma to anyone planning a trip to the Guanacaste Region. Tom and Igor are incredibly dedicated to each and every guest and the lovely grounds and accomadations are proof of their love of Costa Rica and their "Paradise Retreat". “Happy repeat visitor!” What a great place to visit in Guanacaste! This time we have stayed for 10 days in a Villa No 2 with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. There are flowers everywhere and birds and butterflies.This was not our first visit. We loved it before and came back more than once.Photographs on the web site represent this property accurately. The rooms are large with complete kitchen facilities, and everything is well maintained and clean. Owners are very helpful and go beyond the call of duty. Pools are large and very well maintained. We have recommended this property to many friends and many have come for a visit here as well. There are great beaches nearby, great restaurants, nearby volcanos, incredible spas and sanctuaries,zip line attractions,horse back riding...just a perfect vacation...a place to get away from it all. We always enjoy our visit and will come back again.

“Wonderful Piece of Paradise” We stayed here from May 13-20 in villa 204. It was clean, well kept and extremely spacious! Wonderful views of the surrounding hills, Playa Flamingo, bay and ocean. Tom and Igor were very knowledgeable and gracious hosts. The grounds and pools were constantly being manicured and cleaned. We didn't use air conditioning during our stay as the villa had many ceiling fans to keep the air moving and was very comfortable, even with it being 40+C in the sunshine! The kitchen was well stocked with all the required items for cooking. We even used the BBQ which was just a quick walk down some stairs, which would make it very central for all guests to use not matter which villa you stayed in. Lots of thought has gone into the planning of their piece of paradise and would highly recommend staying here. There is a small grocery store on the main road to Playa Flamingo, just a 2 min drive, that had all the basics required for food and drink. Many great restaurants in the area and it was easy to navigate from LIR airport. The city of Liberia is about 1 - 1 hour 15 mins away. Tamarindo was about 20-30 mins away. You've inspired us to start thinking about our piece of paradise!
