“Paradise...check” My family found paradise ...Playa Hermosa. A very quaint town not overly run with tourist attractions. This condo was amazing. It was clean and comfortable with many fantastic amenities. We grilled out during a big football game here in the states. We swam laps and splashed around in the clean and quiet pool just feet from the condo. We were able to capture beautiful sunsets from the second floor balcony. The property staff also gave us limes and bananas picked on site that morning. A few step from the condo gets you to the ocean where the waves are crashing and the monkeys are playing over head. The on-site managers were friendly, kind, and very helpful suggesting things to do and see. The area was very safe. We all agreed we will return!

“Lovely, private, inspirational home” I stayed here with my husband, teen daughter and 2, 20 something year old kids. The house is about 20 min from the airport, 5 minutes to the grocery store and restaurants and beaches, but still very private. It is everything you would want in a tropical getaway - Clean, cool, open and welcoming. We used the whole house and found it to be very comfortable - the beds were VERY comfortable. We spent the cooler parts of the day on the patios and enjoyed the incredible, unbeatable views to the ocean. In fact, my favorite part of the vacation was spending the early morning sipping delicious Costa Rican coffee on the balcony while listening to the countryside awake. The local manager, Myra, was very helpful, accommodating and available. She was able to secure a cook for us one night so we could have the "typical" dinner - delicious. Please note: the scary looking dirt road UP the hillside led us to the house. It's a very short ascent, but you will need a 4 wheel drive, or at least a larger car to make it up - we got used to it after a couple of days, but we had a good car and got a lot of experience on dirt roads with our travels around the country during the week. This house would be great for a large gathering, multiple families or a party!

“Peace of mind and close to everything...” I am a travel agent here in the country and I like to explore with the family new options so I can recommend places to clients and friends. I have found Villas Casa Loma on the Internet,because I was looking for the right place to acommodate 9 people, 7 teenagers dad and mom... Villas Casa Loma is a great place where you can find a relaxing atmosphere,large Villas with beds for all participants if needed, great pools for the entire family and a full Kitchen so you can do your own meals. I want to recommend this place to any kind of traveller who wants a well preserve, privacy, and clean Villa with all you need for the trip, we recommend to rent a car so you can reach easily, Flamingo, Brasilito, Conchal, Tamarindo and Potrero beach... Igor and Tom are excellent people, very friendly and kind owners and always are a step ahead, we will return for sure and I will recommend your place to my clients and friend for sure. “Paradise Perfection” 5 STAR - Top notch accommodations! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Clean, comfortable (beds were fantastic) & perfectly decorated. The hospitality both before & during our stay was above average! The beachfront villa had the most breath taking view & private lagoon style setting with black sand that glistened from the sun like gold just steps from the front door. The 3 tier pool was spotless & the grounds were impeccably groomed! Paradise on the Pacific!

“beautiful house, great location, secluded beach” This was the perfect spot for our get together with long time friends to celebrate my mom's birthday. The owners were extremely helpful with making arrangements and even custom built a ramp for my mom who is disabled to access the condo! The location was perfect for our 3 year old-we were literally steps away from the pool and family friendly restaurant. The beach, also steps away, was secluded, safe for swimming and great for snorkeling -turtles came up and laid eggs on the beach three nights during our stay. The condo was equipped with beach toys, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The condo was spacious, has a great kitchen and open floor plan downstairs. We loved sitting on the patio early in the morning and listening to the howler monkeys and watching the sunset while we cooked up fresh caught fish. It was so nice to feel like when we arrived we didn't have to go anywhere else- and for a couple days we didn't -we just enjoyed our little piece of paradise! We hope to return again soon!
