“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Had a serene and beautiful experience” We were a group of 12 people who participated in a holistic healing retreat at Homestead. This was our second year of retreat in this same place. The experience was fantastic and right from the view of the valley, the weather, the food, the staff courtesy and the accommodation, everything was the best possible. The staff was extremely cooperative and warm. The view from Homestead is out of the works and was an amazing environment to connect with self and also do some photography. The location of the home is very convenient with close access to all basic needs. We really appreciate the extra care taken by Shikha to help us have a more serene excercises and having taken care of our special needs for the same. Each time the experience gets better. Thanks guys!

“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“1 week of relaxation in paradise” I stayed in Mountain Breeze Villa during a week in December with my mother, my brother and his family. Great place to spend time with your family in a cozy but at the same time luxury villa situated in a magical landscape. The scenery around the villa offers you a big variety- beautiful mountians, close to natural beaches and just a short ride from the amazing marine national park Khao Sam Roi Yot. The villa it self makes you feel like home with a well equipped kitchen, two big bed rooms,a luxury bathroom and even an outdoor pool and shower to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine veiwing the mountians. Service like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and resutaurants are nearby. I could highly recommend to stay in Mountain Breeze villa if you want to explore Thailand at its best.

“Excellent house in beautiful surrounding” The house is well equiped, very clean and is located in a beautiful surrounding. The view from the terrace to the mountains is excellent. Because the house is lonesome it is very quiet and in the evening some animals are visiting the garden (fox, cat, gecko, ...). The hirer are very nice and cooperative. You are getting some very helpful tips about the island which you won't find in a travel guide. The property is really huge and with hammock and a rock to climb a paradise for children, too. Above the rock the view is even more fantastic. I would come back at any time.

“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! “Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “Great Experience” We are a family of four but for this holiday my wife's mother joined us. We were lucky to find Villa Bukit, it was ideal for three adults and two children. The children slept in the room with two single beds, we had the main bedroom with the king sized bed and grandma slept in the day bed in the living room. We were offered use of the Joglo but she was happy with the day bed. The villa is spacious with plenty of places to chill out so you never feel like you are living on top of each other. The gardens are beautiful and a stark contrast to the dry surroundings. The staff are excellent and discreet and cater to special requests. It was grandma's 81st birthday and they put on a beautiful meal and decorated the patio area, it was a great evening. It is around a 900 metre walk to the beach, 800 metres to the main road with shops. My wife and grandma were happy to walk it but I hired a motorbike to transport the children back and forwards. One word of advice, if you hire a motorbike, take the in house mobile phone with you. We were very unlucky to have flat tyres on three separate occasions, one time out at the national park. A call to our house attendant had pickup for us within 45 minutes, how is that for service! All up it is an excellent villa in a peaceful area of Bali and we thoroughly recommend it to anyone, particularly a family with children.

“Even better than the photos - just beautiful” Stayed a week at Geoffrey's lovely villa with family including our 5 month old daughter. Such a great property, beautiful gardens and wonderful place to stay in a good neighbourhood. Just a 15-20 min walk to Ubud with plenty of great walks and dining options locally. The property is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Very comfortable lodgings and lush gardens. The staff were very friendly and took great care of us and the property while we were there. All of us felt very fortunate to stay in this fantastic villa - highly recommended!

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Oasis in Ubud” We stayed at this beautiful little villa for 5 nights and it was fantastic, it is a private villa that is close to everything. The staff were exceptional and the owner Kath & Wayan were helpful with anything required including sending back a forgotten piece of clothing! I highly recommend anyone looking for a lovely villa that is close to everything, there is no need for a taxi as you can walk to all the key parts of town. Lastly breakfast is great - icing on the cake.

“Awesome!” Villa Manis is so beautiful! Very close to centre 15min walk yet quiet location. The villa design incl interior is awesome, Mary Lee has definetly a good taste and talent, with attenion to details - everything you need are there and she made herself available to queries, so no need to worry about anything. Surely I'd like to return back whenever visiting Ubud.

“Absolutely amazing!” We had a truly relaxing and incredibly enjoyable stay at Strathisla. The room was lovely, the food fantastic, the views phenomenal, and our hosts (Priya and Jaykumar) delightful. We really enjoyed the walk that Jaykumar took us on through the tea plantation. Not only was the scenery magnificent but we also had a great time meeting locals along the way. It was a lovely way to get to see a different but very real side of Sri Lanka. Priya's food was heaven - the only problem was that no other food tasted as good. Many many thanks to our fantastic hosts. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

“Really recomended - for familly, freinds, couples.” We had a great time in Mick's and Doris's apartment. It was the best accommodation in Mahe! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable apartment with everything what we could possibly think of and great sunsets every day. Location is excellent - very close to the beautiful and peaceful Beau Vallon Beach. It is very great pleca to spend time with friends - there are to separated apartaments.

“Home from home with an awful lot more ...” For us La Mulinella was idyllic,from the thick stone walls and curved ceilings of the house itself to the unique view out of each window.It's rustic charm combined with every mod-con makes for the most relaxing holiday.The only problem for our family of four, children aged seven and twelve was that everytime we left the house all we wanted to do was get back to it!!(if you call that a problem)Ping pong by the pool,hammocks in the shade, a bread/dough maker and last but defeniteley not least a traditional wood burning pizza oven.It is "A little gem" We thank the family for being so helpful and sharing their wonderful home with us...
