“Truly Exceptional Property!” Villa Sunrose was a truly exceptional property. The villa was exceedingly well appointed, very tasteful and spacious. All the bedrooms were extremely well decorated and comfortable, and the cottage was a once in a lifetime experience. The main living areas and kitchen were spacious and beautiful, and accommodated our group wonderfully. The owners have thought of everything, and make your stay warm and inviting, from having beach chairs and coolers to kitchen supplies ready for your use. Like the inside, the outdoor decks/living areas went far beyond our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hammocks, glider and chairs, and meals and games at the outdoor tables. The views from all the decks of St. John and the BVIs were breathtaking day and night. The binoculars were a fabulous treat. The decks, like the inside, were so very well appointed and decorated, and we truly enjoyed all the small touches throughout the many decks.The kids loved the pool, and we adults appreciated the ample covered decking to enjoy the outside while taking a break from the sun. The outdoor shower was a hit, the boys and dads especially loved this. Thank you for a truly exceptional stay at your villa. “Perfect location in St. Thomas” I had the pleasure of staying at Nancy's condo along with my wife, our 2 children, and another couple, 6 of us in total. The condo was the perfect size for all of us, and having a kitchen made preparing for excursions (having a nice breakfast, and preparing picnic lunches) a breeze. There is also laundry facilities in the condo, and with the breeze coming off the water we almost never needed to use the AC. The Location on Cowpet bay was very close to the ferry to St. Johns, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Although Redhook is only about a mile away, it was not easily walkable due to the narrow streets, so you will want to get a taxi to go into town. My daughter loved playing in the pool, there were many other families around so she always had somebody to play with. My wife and I enjoyed walking on the beach, and the restaurant (Caribbean Fish Market) has amazing sea food, and a wonderful ambiance. At night I loved the ability to sit on the patio, listen to the waves and relax before preparing for another exciting day.

“My happy place” A beautiful and well maintained villa with a breathtaking view of Coral Bay and the Francis Drake channel. Not the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay but still close to great restaurants in Coral Bay. Separate living and sleeping buildings isa great idea.

“St John is just the best little island around.” The villa is wide open, very spacious. Open the big doors and you let the cool breezes in. There are always breezes at Poi Pu. It's great to have your own pool right there, even if you have spent the day at the beach. It's close to town for shopping and dinning, but there is nothing like dinning right there on the deck with the breezes and all those stars. I will be going back it's just the best place to be with friends. Carol

For those fortunate enough to book here, you will find a comfy, airy two-story guesthouse with extraordinary views over the Caribbean, a great pool for lounging, terrific jogging and walking opportunities, a first-rate nearby restaurant and all the comforts of home. A little jewel for families with kids, couples traveling together and older vacationers who like an acive outdoors life.

“Awesome View” We recently stayed here and it was perfect. The villa was very clean and well maintained. They have everything you need there (beach towels, cooler, chairs, pots, pans, appliances, wifi). There is a/c in both bedrooms and it cools the place off very nice at night. It has a large glass door that opens up to the deck where you have one of the best views of the island. The view is simply breath-taking. Relaxing in the evening on the deck with the view was one of my highlights of the vacation. The property is about 5 minutes from town. Their property management company met us at ferry dock and gave us tour of the town and villa. This is an awesome property and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I don't have one complaint about this villa. Highly recommended!

“Best Place On Earth!!” Where do I begin... My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Dana and Jason were the best hosts-they gave you privacy, but if you need assistance they were always there to help. They made us feel at home in the HarmonySuite with happy smiles and open arms. We were given breakfast every morning-tastes of the Island foods- DELICIOUS ; ) It was amazing to see the iguanas that would come up to the deck to visit. The rooms were well-kept and well-stocked Dana and Jason have everything at your hands. The pictures don't lie the VIEWS were phenomenal-(I think I have a billion pictures of just the view) It was awesome to wake up and come home every day to the spectacular views. The pool/cabana and hot tub were extra touches to this fantastic getaway and are exclusively for your enjoyment . The people on the island are the best so sweet, helpful, and genuine-always great to be around, the beaches are jaw dropping we never wanted to get out- recommending COKI BEACH/ MAGENS BAY and night life was amazing recommending DUFFY'S LOVE SHACK/ SENOR FROGS (RED HOOK) all of this plus much more all located about 6-8 minutes away (car recommended). “I really cannot imagine any place more enjoyable for us” We recently stayed at Nancy's condos for the first three days of our 10 day stay. All I can say is that I wished we had stayed there the entire time! We headed to a resort and even my 12 and 7 year old boys (who had plenty to keep them busy at the resort) kept saying that they wished we were back at "Nancy's condos." The beach and the water were simply amazing. No having to fight for pool or beach chairs. I was pleasantly surprised at how well appointed the kitchen was with excellent cookware and general supplies with many guests "paying it forward," with items they left. We did the same. There is really nothing negative I can say at all, as evidenced by the fact that we already booked for next year immediately upon arriving home!

“Our vacation was wonderful.” This was my fourteenth trip to St. John, tenth stay at Rendezview, excellent as always. Island Getaways always does a great job. The island of St. John is a wonderful place, as with the people of St. John.

“Wonderful” Chateau Margot was perfect for a family celebration and holiday. The three seperate buildings gave privacy and comfort for the three different families on this trip. The terrace was perfect to enjoy the spectacular views and get together for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The house is very well appointed, tastefully furnished and very quiet.

“Allesandra with friends” The villa view is spectacular, all day every day. It's an easy, short drive from Cruz Bay. The entrance and parking are easy and roomy. The house is well appointed, with a fully stocked kitchen in the great room space. Security is good for those that want to visit the beaches, and the deck and pool encourage villa-gravity. The 2 main bedrooms are ay oposite ends of the house providing a quite escape for 2 couples. As always, Kathy delivers a St John experience that delights the sights and senses.

“Can't wait to go back!” We loved Villa Mar de amores from the moment we got there. Amazing views, great vibes, lovely decorations, high ceilings, comfy beds, great kitchen, just perfect. It's even nicer than the pictures. We all started smiling when we climbed to the top of the hill in our Jeep. Perfect amount of space for the five of us. Could sit on that deck any time of day and be totally entranced. The owner is great, and the on island managers were also great. We booked the house again for next year before we left!
